Research on the Bottleneck and Incentive Mechanism on Entrepreneurship of Farmers Returning to Hometown

Abstract:Through using relevant literature and combined with the reality,this paper tries to analyze the motivation of inspiring farmers' entrepreneurship and the bottleneck in the process of establishing a business from the perspective of promoting rural economic development,and emphasizes that the inherent qualities of entrepreneurs are fundamental to success,while the external environment plays a key role.In the meanwhile,this paper considers that,in order to stimulate farmers to establish a business,it is necessary to combine entrepreneurial power with wants and objectives,and build an incentive mechanism for farmer's entrepreneurship.At last this paper elicits some related incentive suggestions,including proposing business programming,fostering the mainstay of entrepreneurship,providing more supporting funds,establishing the financing system for farmer entrepreneurship,innovating training mechanisms,building business service platform and improving matching service system under the endeavor of local governments,entrepreneurs,banks and related parties,so that the growth of entrepreneurship can be promoted.
