Abstract:Enterprise Culture is not only the key to enterprise core competence but a key component,which have made a key role in the enterprise development.At present,however,some enterprises have not recognized the importance and have not paid enough attention to it.It resulted to the state,that enterprise culture construction and enterprise development have not taken the same development step and their enterprise culture was not unique and lack of core values and unique management idea.The reason is that these enterprises lacking comparable generic potential structure.The key to enterprise core competence is based on constructing enterprise core values,building unique structure,enhancing enterprise inner and outer competition,insisting on proceeding from actual conditions,fully taking use of the advantage of our enterprises and establishing wholesome enterprise culture long-term mechanism,which is namely construction of enterprise culture.

Abstract:The competitiveness of enterprises is not only the competition of product quality and technological content.In deeper level,it is the competition of the corporate culture.Excellent corporate culture can form a huge enterprise cohesion,promote the technological innovation and enterprise development.Otherwise,it will become an obstacle to enterprise development.Studying the meaning of corporate culture is an important aspect of enterprise's core competence.This paper analyzes how Yuli makes use of the resources to achieve the corporate strategy.From aspects of human resource,innovation,entrepreneurship and so on,this paper shows how a developing enterprise can create excellent corporate culture,and how corporate culture can contribute to a core competence.A new thinking of internal corporation has been provided.

Abstract:Corporate culture has become critical factor in leverageing innovation capability. But in our survey on 20 small and medium enterprises in Zhejiang Province, we found that only a few part of them emphasize on the construction of corporate culture. That is mainly because entrepreneurs do not deeply realize the mechanism of corporate culture in leveraging enterprises' innovation capability. So this paper focus on how corporate culture leverage innovation capability by case study, expecting to have more entrepreneurs aware of the importance of corporate culture.

Abstract:The 21st century is a century for the Chinese.With the in- tensified competition in the global marketplace,it will be a big chal- lenge for the enterprise to maintain its own competitive advantage. The effects of corporate culture on organizational performance have been gaining attention for these years.Corporate culture has become more and more important,and so does its related studies. This study gathers data from 244 companies in both Mainland China and Taiwan area,we apply SPSS statistic approaches examining the relationship of corporate culture and organizational performance. Considering our findings,we make some suggestions for business implications.

On analyzing the relationships between interactive actors and corporate structural social capital, interactive behavior and corporate relational social capital, interactive air and corporate cognitive social capital and, interactive efficacy and the whole corporate social capital, the authors studied the distinctiveness of corporate social capital in China and proposed some suggestions accordingly.

Abstract:Culture is the soul of an organization and the soft power of enterprise development and competition. The competition of contemporary enterprises is not only the competition of technology, knowledge and talents, but also the competition among enterprise cultures. An excellent corporate culture can not only create a good organizational atmosphere, attract and unite employees who conform to the beliefs of the organization, but also effectively motivate and restrain employees, promote the common growth of employees and the organization, and improve the performance of the organization. Qingdao Rongchuang Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in the early 20th century. After 20 years of development, it has formed a relatively systematic cultural concept system and accumulated certain experience in cultural construction. This paper comprehensively considers the company’s growth history, management status and future development strategy, and refers to Danielson’s organizational culture model and opposing values model. The company’s corporate culture was systematically scanned and diagnosed by using the organizational culture evaluation tool OCAI and other related tools.

Abstract:The most important characteristic of core competence is 'being difficult to imitate'.We propose that the fitness between organizational culture and its internal contexts is path-dependent and difficult to be imitated;therefore,organizational culture is one of the sources of core competence of corporate.In this paper,by employing a sample of 540 participants,we examined the fitness between organizational culture and its internal context on the effect of corporate performance.The results show that cultural fitness has a significant,incremental explaining power to the variance of corporate performance.Additionally,environmental uncertainty moderates the relationship between cultural fitness and corporate performance.The relationship is stronger when environmental uncertainty is higher.

Abstract:Culture is the soul of enterprises. Different behaviors in the technological innovation of different enterprises are caused by the cultural difference among enterprises after all. Therefore, studying on enterprise's technological innovation should study the corporate culture, especially enterprise's innovative culture. On the basis of existing documents, the authors review the conceptions, connotations, forms of innovative culture, the cultural elements and the organizational norms that inspirit enterprise's innovation. Abstract:The article analyzes the impact of corporate culture on employee job satisfaction in a particular company. A general description of the concept under consideration is given, the relationship between the level of corporate culture, competitiveness of the enterprise and the prospects of using its employees to catalyze the growth of the organization is established. It is emphasized that employee labor satisfaction is a condition for achieving the company’s success in the market. It consists of many components that together determine an employee’s abil-ity and desire to develop and along with his own professional development to promote the company in the business community, ensuring its competitiveness. In modern conditions of rapid development of society and changing needs of citizens the focus of competition has shifted from technologies and products to corporate culture, human resources and psychological capital.
