A Study on the Relationship between Corporate Culture and Organizational Performance

Abstract:The 21st century is a century for the Chinese.With the in- tensified competition in the global marketplace,it will be a big chal- lenge for the enterprise to maintain its own competitive advantage. The effects of corporate culture on organizational performance have been gaining attention for these years.Corporate culture has become more and more important,and so does its related studies. This study gathers data from 244 companies in both Mainland China and Taiwan area,we apply SPSS statistic approaches examining the relationship of corporate culture and organizational performance. Considering our findings,we make some suggestions for business implications.
