Abstract:In recent years,digital publishing share in the information society more and more,readers of the growing demand for personalized service strong traditional culture,publishing services are currently unable to meet this demand,especially for the digital home needs.For family-oriented,personalized digital publishing needs,this paper uses the method of multi-dimensional indexing metadata tissue,data mining,knowledge classification management,natural language as the three dimensions of the dynamic association to create a database;mechanical matching personalized method of data retrieval,and can take the initiative to push;through the reorganization of the publishing and content transcoding method,the layout can keep the original format of the EPUB format document;using digital watermarking and digital encryption to protect the method of combining the author's legitimate interests.In this article based on the development of family-oriented personal digital publishing services system,in practice,demonstrate the practicality of this technology.

Abstract:Nowadays, many digital archive systems have been developed to facilitate archive operations such as archive query and archive update. However, for many enterprises traditional archive management methods are still utilized, and paper files are the most important materials for archives. To cope with this problem, we present an enterprise-wide digital archive management system infrastructure in this paper. Based on this infrastructure, an archive query management is developed. Through the infrastructure and the query management, it can be expected that more production efficiency can be achieved.

Abstract:The archives management and transmission of medical images which are the key technologies of PACS are studied.Based on the DICOM standard,a three-tier medical image database system is builded.The system realized effective query,on-line display and long-range transmission of medical images with FTP transport protocols.The research work offered a technical support for telemedicine and had certain value on the constructing of modern digital hospital.

Abstract:According to the stipulations set forth in the Archives Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Digitalization Specification for Paper Archives (DA/T31-2017), and other pertinent legal norms, the reliability of electronicarchive sources necessitates strict adherence to standardized procedures and specific elements. Notably, the scanning of paper archives into an electronic format requires a specific scanning resolution. However, using a higher scanning resolution inevitably results in considerably larger file sizes for the scanned electronic-archive images. This challenge is exacerbated when numerous users concurrently access archives, consuming a large amount of network resources and bandwidth. The resultant network communication congestion directly affects the overall user experience during archive exploration. In response to this challenge, this paper introduces an innovative progressive compression algorithm designed for bitmap image processing within the multilevel management system of electronic archives. This cutting-edge method significantly improves the compression ratio of electronicarchive images compared with conventional approaches. As a result, it alleviates the strain on network resources, optimizing the user browsing experience for electronic archives.

Abstract:With the development of information technology, cloud computing technology has brought many conveniences to all aspects of work and life. With the continuous promotion, popularization and vigorous development of e-government and e-commerce, the number of documents in electronic form is getting larger and larger. Electronic document is an indispensable main tool and real record of e-government and business activities. How to scientifically and effectively manage electronic documents? This is an important issue faced by governments and enterprises in improving management efficiency, protecting state secrets or business secrets, and reducing management costs. This paper discusses the application of cloud computing technology in the construction of electronic file management system, proposes an architecture of electronic file management system based on cloud computing, and makes a more detailed discussion on key technologies and implementation. The electronic file management system is built on the cloud architecture to enable users to upload, download, share, set security roles, audit, and retrieve files based on multiple modes. An electronic file management system based on cloud computing can make full use of cloud storage, cloud security, and cloud computing technologies to achieve unified, reliable, and secure management of electronic files.

Abstract:With the development of hardware and network technology,electronic publishing is widely used nowadays on Internet.However there are many difficulties to render electronic documents properly for various reading devices,because it is hard to merge fixed layout and fluid information together due to the significant difference between them.Some methods have been proposed to solve this problem,but the final results are not ideal.In this paper we proposed a novel document model based on page block,and fixed layout and fluid information are both constructed on it.This method can merge fixed layout and fluid information together for electronic publishing and adapt to various reading devices.The experimental results show that the document model proposed in this paper performances well in practice.

Abstract:Compared with traditional files, electronic personnel files have the characteristics of the economy, environmental protection, convenience, and sharing and are gradually replacing traditional paper files. However, the development of electronic archives is still in its infancy, and there are still many problems, including the professional quality of personnel, information management, and the security of electronic archives storage. As an emerging technology, blockchain technology has the characteristics of decentralization, immutability, and traceability. This paper applies blockchain technology in the management of electronic archives, overcomes the internal distortion and insecurity of electronic archives, and designs an electronic archives management module based on blockchain technology. Through the application in some schools, the effectiveness and practicability of the algorithm are proved.
