Abstract:The necessities of the digitization of paper-based records management of power enterprises include the mass storage performance of flash disk,the extending the life of paper-based records,resource sharing and the demand for resource conserving society.The methods used in digitalization are:deciding principle,professional scanning mode,the systematic sorting-out of paper-based records,the test of image quality,and the set-up of scanning resolution and the use of color scanning style as well.The establishment of electric documents will improve the management standard and service standard effectively and enlarge the service scale.
