Abstract:In modern enterprise management, financial accounting plays a vital role, and its risk control and prevention mechanism has a far-reaching impact on the stable operation and long-term development of enterprises. This study focuses on the analysis of the risk factors existing in the field of corporate finance and accounting, and reveals the key defects in the current risk management practice, including the lack of risk awareness, outdated management mode, backward control means and the imperfection of internal control system. These issues not only limit the flexibility of companies to respond to market changes, but also increase the risk of financial instability. To this end, the study puts forward a series of practical strategies to strengthen the awareness of risk prevention, promote the modernization of financial accounting supervision mode, optimize the internal control system, and establish an effective risk early warning mechanism.

Abstract:Subject. This article deals with the issues of effective management of receivables to ensure the financial sustainability of commercial organizations. Objectives. The article aims to study the concepts of receivables in the aspect of legal, accounting and economic approaches, analyze the methodology of accounts receivable management, and develop measures to manage it. Methods. For the study, we used analysis and synthesis, abstraction, generalization, and the economic analysis, statistical and economic methods. Results. The article presents methodological tools for managing receivables in order to improve the financial sustainability of commercial organizations. Conclusions. The proposed measures to manage receivables will contribute to effective control over the use of financial resources of the organization and timely adoption of management decisions.

Abstract:In the economic transitional period, the problem in financial transaction between banks and enterprises is a distorting credit relationship.Through analysis on the theory of incomplete contract,asymmetrical information and credit sub-optional game,this paper demonstrates that the harmful choice and moral hazard in financial transaction between bank and enterprise cannot be avoided.Based on such analysis,some countermeasures such as institutional arrangement,improvement of micro economic environment and credit breeding in financial transaction between banks and enterprises are recommended.

Abstract:Financial disasters in private firms led to increased emphasis on various forms of risk management, to include market risk management, operational risk management, and credit risk management. Financial institutions are motivated by the need to meet increased regulatory requirements for risk measurement and capital reserves. This paper describes and demonstrates a model to support risk management of accounts receivable. We present a decision support model for a large bank enabling assessment of risk of default on the part of loan recipients. A credit scoring model is presented to assess account creditworthiness. Alternative methods of risk measurement for fault detection are compared, and a logistic regression model selected to analyze accounts receivable risk. Accuracy results of this model are presented, enabling accounts receivable managers to confidently apply statistical analysis through data mining to manage their risk.

Abstract:This paper constructs accounts receivable commericial paper indicators based on the choice of payment instruments when enterprises sell on credit and selects listed manufacturing enterprises from 2015 to 2022 as data samples for the study. It is found that increasing the proportion of commericial paper payments in credit sales can effectively mitigate the risk-taking of enterprises; the establishment of the Shanghai commericial papers Exchange has effectively standardized the commericial paper market, which further improves the efficiency of financing and effectively enhances the mitigation effect on the risk-taking of enterprises.

Abstract:As an important link in the process of corporate financial management, financial risk management plays an indispensable role in the long-term development of corporate management. In recent years, with the continuous development of the market economy, companies have gradually increased their dependence on the market, and the financial risks they faced have also increased. Various types of financial risks make an enterprise overwhelmed, and the lack of some enterprise risk management mechanisms directly leads to a huge financial crisis for the enterprise, and even the risk of bankruptcy and liquidation. Therefore, strengthening corporate financial risk management and effectively controlling financial risks in corporate production and operation activities are not only important behaviors for companies to ensure financial safety and reduce their development risks, but also key measures for companies to stabilize their own operations and follow the path of sustainable development. Abstract:Accounts receivable management has always been an important part of the financial management of the financial sharing center. However, due to manual operation, problems like long working hours, uncontrollable errors and low efficiency of invoicing still exist. To solve this problem, we study K-means clustering method to grade customer credit, and use BP model to improve the clustering algorithm. Then, we study BP model to establish enterprise risk prediction model. Finally, we use RPA to make the billing process and reconciliation as well as write-off process optimized in accounts receivable. Through the above operations, an optimized model of account receivable management of e-commerce enterprises based on big data intelligent technology has been built. According to experimental analysis, the accuracy rate of risk prediction of e-commerce enterprise A is 95.63%. After applying the optimized management model, the ratio of accounts receivable balance to current assets has decreased from 34.3% to 28.5%. Studying and constructing models can effectively optimize corporate financial management and play a positive role in the stable development of enterprises. Applying this model to practical teaching can bring new vitality to the practical teaching of vocational education and provide new teaching methods for schools. The limitations of traditional accounts receivable management limit the effectiveness of teaching for financial students. This model effectively optimizes the management mode and brings more skilled knowledge to students.

Abstract:Enterprises in China's food manufacturing industry are mainly small and medium-sized enterprises, which are in a weak market position. With the continuous integration of dis-tributors and the tight capital chain, the proportion of procurement credit will increase, and the problem of accounts receivable will become more and more prominent. Aiming at this problem, this paper adopts literature method and case analysis method to study and discuss the existing problems of accounts receivable management of Shanghai Weiming Food Company. Paper first introduces the research background and significance, this pa-per expounds the concept and basic theory of accounts receivable management, wei Ming food company accounts receivable management present situation of Shanghai, and analyz-es the Shanghai wei Ming food company accounts receivable management problems, such as not to set up independent credit management department, business process controls and the absence of regulation, deficiency in the collection and appraisal way, Market credit mechanism is not perfect. In view of these existing problems, the paper puts forward the corresponding improvement measures, one is to set up a credit management group; Sec-ond, establish a sound credit management system; Third, standardize sales process man-agement; Fourth, establish and improve collection and assessment methods.
