Abstract:Asset appraisal occupies an important position in the market economy of cash. The legal compliance development of the asset appraisal business requires procedural work such as revising contracts and basic matters, making plans, conducting research and data collection so that businesses and other users of asset appraisal reports can obtain reliable appraisal reports. However, due to the impact of profit-seeking, institutional independence, report use beyond the scope, macroeconomic environmental fluctuations and other factors, asset appraisers may produce a lot of legal risks when conducting value evaluation and estimation activities, which will make enterprises, evaluation institutions and other asset appraisal participants bear certain civil liability and economic losses. Therefore, in order to ensure the sustainable and healthy development of the asset appraisal industry, it is necessary to actively explore the preventive measures of various asset appraisal risks. This paper focuses on the connotation of asset assessment risk, discusses many problems in specific operation and how to effectively establish asset assessment risk prevention system.

Abstract:A two-phrase model is established to study the features of bank's risk-behaviors,showing the importance of capital supervision.Then considering the dissymmetry of information, we put forth the concept of supervision errors and analyze their effects on financial risks.Finally,we discuss the functions of capital adequacy requirements in redressing supervision errors and prove that capital adequacy requirements are effective.

Abstract:Accounts receivable management has always been an important part of the financial management of the financial sharing center. However, due to manual operation, problems like long working hours, uncontrollable errors and low efficiency of invoicing still exist. To solve this problem, we study K-means clustering method to grade customer credit, and use BP model to improve the clustering algorithm. Then, we study BP model to establish enterprise risk prediction model. Finally, we use RPA to make the billing process and reconciliation as well as write-off process optimized in accounts receivable. Through the above operations, an optimized model of account receivable management of e-commerce enterprises based on big data intelligent technology has been built. According to experimental analysis, the accuracy rate of risk prediction of e-commerce enterprise A is 95.63%. After applying the optimized management model, the ratio of accounts receivable balance to current assets has decreased from 34.3% to 28.5%. Studying and constructing models can effectively optimize corporate financial management and play a positive role in the stable development of enterprises. Applying this model to practical teaching can bring new vitality to the practical teaching of vocational education and provide new teaching methods for schools. The limitations of traditional accounts receivable management limit the effectiveness of teaching for financial students. This model effectively optimizes the management mode and brings more skilled knowledge to students.

Abstract:As a key component of enterprise assets, accounts receivable play an important role in enterprise financial management and determine the long-term development of enterprises in the later period. In order to minimize the financial risk brought by the credit sales of enterprises, this subject studies the intelligent optimization of enterprise financial account receivable management. BP neural network and K -means clustering algorithm are used to evaluate the risk of account receivable and the owner's credit, respectively. The account balance accounts for 45.20% of the total amount, and the risk rating of accounts receivable is 4. The training result of BP neural network algorithm has high accuracy. With K -means clustering algorithm, accurate evaluation of owner's credit can be achieved, which can provide reference for optimization of enterprise account receivable management mode.

Abstract:Financial disasters in private firms led to increased emphasis on various forms of risk management, to include market risk management, operational risk management, and credit risk management. Financial institutions are motivated by the need to meet increased regulatory requirements for risk measurement and capital reserves. This paper describes and demonstrates a model to support risk management of accounts receivable. We present a decision support model for a large bank enabling assessment of risk of default on the part of loan recipients. A credit scoring model is presented to assess account creditworthiness. Alternative methods of risk measurement for fault detection are compared, and a logistic regression model selected to analyze accounts receivable risk. Accuracy results of this model are presented, enabling accounts receivable managers to confidently apply statistical analysis through data mining to manage their risk.

Abstract:This paper studies the model of accounts receivable supply chain financing based on credit insurance from the perspective of banks. First of all, the paper analyzes two different financing modes of the innovative model - the pledge financing mode and the factoring financing mode. Secondly, the paper explains the sources of credit risks for accounts receivable supply chain financing under credit insurance, and the necessity of using credit insurance. The sources of credit risks mainly include: the enterprises’ comprehensive strength under systemic and non-systemic risks, status of accounts receivable, supply chain operation, performance of insurance companies, and so on. In addition, based on the credit risks explained in this paper, the risk assessment system and the credit risk assessment model are built. At the end, the paper offers three suggestions for the banks’ financing risk control: bank should carefully check the policy’s exclusions clauses; bank must carefully check the authenticity of accounts receivable; bank can use dynamic monitoring on qualification checking for financing enterprises, core enterprises and insurance companies.

Abstract:In this paper, the value relevance of the accountant earnings value before and after the preparation of allocation asset depreciation of the whole companies that are to be bad and the companies which are to be bad with earnings management motive after the implement of the new property depreciation accountant criterion is studied and compared. Meanwhile, whether the property depreciation preparation data has value relevance is checked up. The study shows: in total, the value relevance of the accountant earnings value of the listed companies to be bad is enhanced after the preparation of allocation asset depreciation. Meanwhile, the result that the investor can not identify the quality of the accountant earnings value of companies with small profits, and to the companies that loses badly, the decision-making relevance of the accounting surplus data are less than the companies with earnings by the way of backing the asset depreciation. The effective identification of the quality of the accountant earnings value by the investors will give empirical support to the innovation of no backing of property depreciation accountant criterion, which was implemented in July 1, 2007.

Abstract:Enterprises in China's food manufacturing industry are mainly small and medium-sized enterprises, which are in a weak market position. With the continuous integration of dis-tributors and the tight capital chain, the proportion of procurement credit will increase, and the problem of accounts receivable will become more and more prominent. Aiming at this problem, this paper adopts literature method and case analysis method to study and discuss the existing problems of accounts receivable management of Shanghai Weiming Food Company. Paper first introduces the research background and significance, this pa-per expounds the concept and basic theory of accounts receivable management, wei Ming food company accounts receivable management present situation of Shanghai, and analyz-es the Shanghai wei Ming food company accounts receivable management problems, such as not to set up independent credit management department, business process controls and the absence of regulation, deficiency in the collection and appraisal way, Market credit mechanism is not perfect. In view of these existing problems, the paper puts forward the corresponding improvement measures, one is to set up a credit management group; Sec-ond, establish a sound credit management system; Third, standardize sales process man-agement; Fourth, establish and improve collection and assessment methods.
