Abstract:Enterprises in China's food manufacturing industry are mainly small and medium-sized enterprises, which are in a weak market position. With the continuous integration of dis-tributors and the tight capital chain, the proportion of procurement credit will increase, and the problem of accounts receivable will become more and more prominent. Aiming at this problem, this paper adopts literature method and case analysis method to study and discuss the existing problems of accounts receivable management of Shanghai Weiming Food Company. Paper first introduces the research background and significance, this pa-per expounds the concept and basic theory of accounts receivable management, wei Ming food company accounts receivable management present situation of Shanghai, and analyz-es the Shanghai wei Ming food company accounts receivable management problems, such as not to set up independent credit management department, business process controls and the absence of regulation, deficiency in the collection and appraisal way, Market credit mechanism is not perfect. In view of these existing problems, the paper puts forward the corresponding improvement measures, one is to set up a credit management group; Sec-ond, establish a sound credit management system; Third, standardize sales process man-agement; Fourth, establish and improve collection and assessment methods.

Abstract:В статье рассматриваются методы управления дебиторской задолженностью, такие, как форфейтинг, цессия, страхование, факторинг, учёт покупательских векселей и секьюритизация. Проводится анализ преимуществ и недостатков этих методов. Также проведена оценка целесообразности применения этих методов в тех или иных случаях. Предложен алгоритм управления дебиторской задолженностью, позволяющий оптимально оценивать и использовать конкретные способы в различных случаях. The article discusses methods of managing accounts receivable, such as forfeiting, assignment, insurance, factoring, accounting for consumer bills and securitization. The advantages and disadvantages of these methods are analyzed. The feasibility of using these methods in various cases has also been assessed. An algorithm for managing accounts receivable is proposed that allows optimal evaluation and use of specific methods in various cases.

Abstract:Through an introduction and analysis of the US system on secured interests in movables and especially in account receivables,this paper offers advices on how to improve the system of pledge of account receivables in China.It insists that the relevant system of China should be based on the civil law system,although the Uniform Commercial Code of the United States may provide valuable references.On the one hand,the concept of using the account receivables as collateral comes from UCC article 9,but the pledge of the account receivables is part of the civil law of the continental legal system;on the other hand,the relevant provisions of the UCC article 9,such as those governing registration and realization of the secured interests in the movables will be beneficial to us if adopted in China.

Abstract:Subject. This article deals with the issues of effective management of receivables to ensure the financial sustainability of commercial organizations. Objectives. The article aims to study the concepts of receivables in the aspect of legal, accounting and economic approaches, analyze the methodology of accounts receivable management, and develop measures to manage it. Methods. For the study, we used analysis and synthesis, abstraction, generalization, and the economic analysis, statistical and economic methods. Results. The article presents methodological tools for managing receivables in order to improve the financial sustainability of commercial organizations. Conclusions. The proposed measures to manage receivables will contribute to effective control over the use of financial resources of the organization and timely adoption of management decisions.

Abstract:The commercial bill, as a regulated commercial credit mode, offers better creditor protection, more financing channels, and stronger bargaining power in financing. This paper creatively constructs bills receivable index in the micro level of enterprises and examines the potential impact of billing of accounts receivable on the financing constraints faced by enterprises. This paper also explores the mechanism that causes the impact and check whether the establishment of the Shanghai Commercial Paper Exchange Corporation (SHCPE) has had positive effects. The results show that billing can alleviate the financing constraints of enterprises due to its benefits offered by the commercial bill. Furthermore, the establishment of the Shanghai Commercial Paper Exchange Corporation (SHCPE) can lead to the development of a standardized and transparent bill market, further alleviating the financing constraints. The study also reveals that billing of accounts receivable affects financing constraints mainly by enhancing the quality of debt-like assets and reducing information asymmetry between enterprises and the outside world. For enterprises with longer maturity structure, the effect of billing on the alleviation of financing constraints is more significant.

Abstract:Accounts receivable management has always been an important part of the financial management of the financial sharing center. However, due to manual operation, problems like long working hours, uncontrollable errors and low efficiency of invoicing still exist. To solve this problem, we study K-means clustering method to grade customer credit, and use BP model to improve the clustering algorithm. Then, we study BP model to establish enterprise risk prediction model. Finally, we use RPA to make the billing process and reconciliation as well as write-off process optimized in accounts receivable. Through the above operations, an optimized model of account receivable management of e-commerce enterprises based on big data intelligent technology has been built. According to experimental analysis, the accuracy rate of risk prediction of e-commerce enterprise A is 95.63%. After applying the optimized management model, the ratio of accounts receivable balance to current assets has decreased from 34.3% to 28.5%. Studying and constructing models can effectively optimize corporate financial management and play a positive role in the stable development of enterprises. Applying this model to practical teaching can bring new vitality to the practical teaching of vocational education and provide new teaching methods for schools. The limitations of traditional accounts receivable management limit the effectiveness of teaching for financial students. This model effectively optimizes the management mode and brings more skilled knowledge to students.

Abstract:The article examined the current state of planning financial obligations and noted the urgency of the problem of the existence of receivables. The urgency of the problem arises due to the presence of a significant share of receivables in the assets of enterprises. The emergence of a problematic issue is the reason for the search for new ways and methods of control over accounts receivable. The organization and methodology for accounting for receivables for goods is shown on the example of TOV "EMSS". We found out that most of the company's income comes from the sale of equipment for the road construction industry, in particular, testing and diagnostic laboratories. The organization of accounting and the main problematic issues of management accounting of receivables in TOV "EMSS" are investigated. The stages of work with contractors are described and the essence of each stage is described in detail. The stage of generating an invoice for payment is considered the moment of the beginning of the receivable to the seller. It has been established that the enterprise is most characterized by current accounts receivable for products, goods and services. At the same time, the company has no bad accounts receivable. The terms of payment for goods and services formed at the enterprise are described. The state and features of management accounting of receivables and their monitoring have been investigated. The main reasons for the origin of accounts receivable in TOV "EMSS" have been clarified. The necessity of work on improving the accounting of receivables and payables has been substantiated. Measures are proposed to reduce the occurrence of accounts receivable and recommendations for improving its information support are developed. The essence of the proposed measures is to automate the information base on accounts payable and receivable of settlement participants; discussion and inclusion in contracts of all obligations between the parties at the stage of concluding the contract; fast fulfillment of obligations for the supply of goods and services; prompt updating of the state of mutual debt, keeping records and reporting of ongoing mutual settlements.

Abstract:The article is devoted to the problem of the effectiveness of accounts receivable and accounts payable management in an enterprise. The object of the study is the LLC XXX leasing company that specialises in financial leasing of cars, road freight vehicles, specialised equipment and other items. Works on relevant subjects of Russian and foreign authors served as a theoretical basis of the study. The goal of the study is to prepare recommendations aimed at improving settlements with creditors and debtors, avoiding and minimising the number of overdue receivables and payables as well as improving the overall economic security of the enterprise. Based on the analysis and synthesis of the results obtained by the authors in previous studies, a set of recommendations was proposed. Their potential impact on the components of the enterprise’s economic security was assessed, and the results that can be achieved in case accounts receivable and accounts payable are properly managed were presented. The method of combining ABC analysis with accounts receivable aging reports, which gives a full picture of creditors and debtors, was described.

Abstract:In view of the general trend of sharp increases in the amount of debt owed by enterprises in the Russian Federation, automation of foreclosure accounting is becoming more and more urgent. To solve the identified problems, a step-by-step methodology for managing receivables, including an algorithm for input assessment of solvency, ranking by the reliability of debtor organizations, and the monitoring system of the current receiv-ables and the way in which arrears work. The article conducted a comparative analysis of software products in which some of the methods of debt management are automated. The article shows that in order to suc-cessfully implement the method of managing receivables, it is necessary to build additional individual schemes of relationships with debtors. An example of the implementation of the method of choosing the optimal set of communications and its justification on the database of the company's customer survey is given.
