Abstract:With the in-depth development of the global economy, China's manufacturing export is facing an urgent need for transformation and upgrading. From the perspective of global value chain, this paper analyzes the position and challenges of China's manufacturing industry in the global value chain, discusses the motivation and path of export transformation and upgrading, and puts forward corresponding strategic suggestions. The study shows that China's manufacturing industry is gradually climbing from low end to high end in the global value chain, but it still faces problems such as technical bottleneck and brand lack. Therefore, it is necessary to increase investment in technological innovation and brand building, enhance export competitiveness, and realize the sustainable development of manufacturing industry.

Abstract:The new round of industrial revolution is setting off the prelude.As a new growth pole of the sustainable and healthy development of national economy, advanced manufacturing industry is highly concerned by the countries all over the world.China's advanced manufacturing industry still lags behind developed countries.In the period of new industrial revolution, the key to quicken the upgrading and development of China's advanced manufacturing industry is to grasp the discourse power and the dominant power in the process of reconstructing the global production system.Taking "The Belt and Road" initiative as an opportunity to construct international regional value chain (IRVC) can expand the international space for the upgrading and development of China's advanced manufacturing industry.Through the governance and expansion of national value chain and international regional value chain, the enterprise can improve the comprehensive governance ability of value chain, and lay the foundation for the constructing and leading of the new global value chain (New GVC).With the deepening of " The Belt and Road" initiative, the value multi-circulation system with the core of China will be gradually formed and become a new motive to promote China's advanced manufacturing industry upgrading and development.

Abstract:China’s entry into the global value chain, not only caused the rapid growth of trade, but also provided Chinese enterprises with a rapid track of process escalation and product upgrades. However, their functions have also hindered further escalation. We found that, entering into a balanced network which is based on the ability to share and concentrated on developing new products and new techniques, are more symmetrical than in a captured value chain. China’s industrial upgrading opportunities are determined not only by its relationship in the global value chain, but also by its ability to determine its own strategy and innovation competence.

Abstract:The paper summarize inherent reason for county economic development differences, explore ways of industrial clusters and the county economic transformation and upgrading by investigating massive economic and industrial county. Abstract:In an increasingly complex international environment and deepening economic globalisation, the logistics industry, as the basis of international trade circulation, has a far-reaching effect on promoting a country's position in the global value chain. Based on the perspective of international trade, this study presents a two-way fixed effects model using the 1995–2018 panel data of 59 economies. The empirical results show that the development of the logistics industry can significantly promote the status of a country's global value chain. National economic development level, human capital, technological innovation and application level, and logistics infrastructure level are the main channels through which this promotion effect takes place. Therefore, China should accelerate the construction of export logistics infrastructure and cross-border intelligent logistics systems, and enhance the customs clearance and logistics hub capacity of its ports. ‘Reinforcing’, ‘strengthening’, and ‘extending’ the chain as a means to optimise chain integration force will allow smooth circulation at home and abroad, high-quality development of the logistics industry, and greater opportunities. Ultimately, this will promote the status of the global value chain in the high-quality development stage of the national economy.

Abstract:With the development of social economy, China’s foreign trade gradually develops into a green and low-carbon development, based on this situation, this paper studies the transformation and upgrading of China’s foreign trade from the perspective of logistics and transportation. This article analyzes various factors that affect the efficiency of foreign trade logistics distribution and the widely used methods of logistics distribution, and gives a logistics and distribution reference model suitable for the current situation of e-commerce in our country, proposes a reference model of e-commerce logistics distribution system based on Internet environment and designs a suitable transportation route selection model and algorithm for distribution center. After testing, the algorithm in this paper is suitable for practical work, and the algorithm has important reference value for designing and improving the logistics and distribution system and improving the delivery efficiency.

Abstract:This research constructs a simple dynamic model to illustrate the micro-mechanism of industrial upgrading along the global value chains. Our model demonstrates the following results. (1) Firms in the value chains manage to upgrade from downstream to upstream stages by acquiring higher profitability if and only if the following 3 conditions are satisfied. First, the increasing rate of sunk cost (including R&D expenditure) over sequential stages of production cannot be sufficiently large (endogenous sunk cost effect). Second, the decreasing rate of change of intermediate input demand with respect to the price set by firms at a production stage cannot be sufficiently high (intermediate input price effect). Third, the decreasing rate of change of intermediate input demand with respect to the pricing dynamics over the sequential stages of production cannot be sufficiently large (sequential pricing uncertainty effect). (2) The level of total cost islower when firms climb from downstream stages to relatively more upstream stages in the value chains if and only if the decreasing rate of change of input demand with respect to the price set by firms at a production stage is sufficiently large. (3) The output level is higher when the downstream firms move towards relatively more upstream stages if and only if the decreasing rate of change of input demand with respect to the price set by firms at a production stage is not sufficiently high. (4) The price level decreases when a firm at a production stage moves from downstream to relatively more upstream stages. At the end of this paper, we also apply our theoretical framework into the current debate on the rise of the unbundling production pattern as well as a nation’s industrial development during this era of an increasingly globalized world with reference to some empirical evidence focusing on China.

Abstract:Digital-real integration and green economy have become an important driving force to propel logistics industrial transformation upgrading and sustainable development. This paper analyzed the impact of digital-real integration on the transformation and upgrading of the logistics industry and the role of green economy from the perspectives of endogenous growth theory, green development theory, and industrial organization theory. Utilizing the panel data spanning 2013 to 2022 from 11 cities in Hebei Province, China, this study established the measurement indicator systems of logistics industrial transformation and upgrading, digital-real integration, and green economy, and measured the integrated developmental level employing an entropy weight–TOPSIS–grey correlation model. Further, the benchmark regression model, moderation effect model, and threshold effect model were applied to delve into the influence mechanism of logistics industrial transformation and upgrading influenced by digital-real integration under the green economy. The research results showed that: Digital-real integration contributed favorably to the transformation and upgrading of the logistics industry. The green economy exerted a beneficial moderating influence on the process, where digital-real integration affected the transformation upgrading of the logistics industry, and the moderating effect of the innovation elements was significantly the strongest. Digital-real integration exhibited a single threshold effect, and the moderating impact of the green economy also had a single threshold condition, and once both thresholds were surpassed, digital-real integration significantly promoted the logistics industrial reformation and upgrading. Drawing from the aforementioned conclusions, this study advanced development recommendations in terms of strengthening regional cooperation, intensifying digital-real integration, exerting the effect of the green economy, and establishing dynamic monitoring and evaluation mechanisms.

Abstract:Considering that as the key mode of the present international industry transference, global value chain (GVC) has essentially influenced the micro-base of the global economy. Firstly, this paper first puts forward a GVC-like paradigm of industry transference and speeifies four classic facts. Secondly, this paper points out the international work-division system formed by the GVC-dominated industrial transference after the analysis of the driving force to the GVC-mode industrial transference, is the implementing institution of the international technology frontier. Thirdly, this paper points out warning significance to reflecting the developing countries' industrial upgrading. Last but not least, This research outcome tells us to develop national value chain by combining the competitive way of the GVC-mode industrial transference with the present situation and advantage is a new way for China to upgrade industries and reduce the area disparity.

Abstract:This study explores the influencing factors on intelligent transformation and upgrading of China’s logistics firms under smart logistics, and designs the corresponding framework to guide the practice of firms. By analyzing the characteristics of smart logistics and the transformation and upgrading needs of traditional logistics, from the micro perspective of logistics firms, this paper constructs influencing factor index system of smart transformation and development from four dimensions: logistics technology innovation, logistics big data sharing, logistics management upgrading and logistics decision-making transformation. Logistics firms are divided into firms with medium scale and above and small and medium-sized firms according to their scale. Then EWIF-AHP model is proposed to measure the weight of index system and score the decision-making, so as to evaluate the impact of various influencing factors on transformation and development of logistics firms. The results show that, for logistics firms above medium scale, logistics technology innovation and logistics big data sharing have the most significant impact on transformation and development, followed by logistics management upgrading and logistics decision-making transformation. For small and medium-sized logistics firms, the biggest factor is the upgrading of logistics management, followed by the upgrading of logistics technology, which is almost as important as the influencing factors of the upgrading of logistics management, and followed by the sharing of logistics big data and the transformation of logistics decision-making. Therefore, corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for intelligent transformation of logistics firms have been put forward.

Abstract:By using methods of literature, comparative analysis and logic analysis, this paper studies the obstacles and constraints faced by the value chain leaders in the process of functional upgrading of China's sporting goods manufacturing industry cluster under the global value chain environment. The upgrading practice of foreign industrial clusters shows that domestic enterprises can rely on the familiar local market and cultural background to form a strong national value chain (NVC), occupy the high-end links of the value chain, have domestic well-known brands, sales channels and other high-end links in the value chain, and then develop and spread gradually, occupy foreign markets with similar demand, establish a national value chain dominated by local companies as the "chain master", and finally, enter the European and American markets to establish a balanced value chain parallel to the dominance of international giants such as ADIDAS and NIKE, break through the status of being "captured" and "squeezed", and realize product functional upgrades.
