Abstract:During the Eleventh Five-Year Plan period,we have made great achievement in the logistics industry;the position of this industry has been improved significantly;the market scale has been expanded;the enterprises have been developed rapidly;the construction in the logistics infrastructure has been accelerated;great achievement has been made in the application and technological innovation in logistic IT;the solid foundation has been laid for this industry;new achievements have been made in the opening up of this industry;and the policy environment has been improved for the logistics.But the competitiveness of this industry is not strong enough;the development of supply chain management lagged behind;the development pattern of the logistics industry is very extensive;the development of this industry is very imbalance;and some of the related policies have not yet been implemented.During the period of the Twelfth Five-Year Plan,the development of China's logistics industry will still be in a period of important strategic opportunities.First,we should adhere to the scientific outlook on development,pay more attention to contriving the medium and long term strategies of development and pay more attention to the improvement;second,we should promote the socialization of the industrialized logistics,and promote the integrative development;third,we should cultivate more logistic enterprises groups and accelerate the integrated development;fourth,we should integrate the resources of logistic infrastructure and realize the coordinate development;fifth,we should pay more attention to the regional,urban and rural and international logistics and promote the agglomeration development;sixth,we should promote the application of new technologies and pursue the new development;seventh,we should transform the operation pattern of logistics and promote the green development;eighth,we should strengthen industrial self-discipline and the fundamental work and guarantee the health development;and ninth,we should create a better institutional and policy environment and strive for more priorities.
