Abstract:The reform and practice of the undergraduates' experiment teaching management in the Department of Information and Electronic Engineering are discussed.The experimental teaching center is constructed,which centralizes all laboratories separated in different majors and consolidates management for all experiment courses.So,high laboratory resource utilization efficiency and resource sharing are realized,and the laboratory staff can be greatly inspirited to research on experiment teaching and construct the laboratories.The improvement of the experiment teaching quality is thus expected.

Abstract:Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) as a test of personality is becoming more widely used and accepted in lots of areas as a methods to recognize the personality, and some companies are starting to introduce it into many workplaces to help company to improve the work efficiency. This article aims to summarize how MBTI use in the company, especially in recruitment to help company to employ the right person which is most suitable for the place and team building to contribute the team work in a more harmoniously and efficiently way, and to explain how it will develop in the future. This paper adopts the method of literature review. It finds that MBTI has excellent use in companies. In recruiting, it helps companies better screen talent and hires the right person which benefits the company to create money. In organizational team building, he helped to build a more harmonious and efficient team which make the team to show a best performance in teamwork and create greater value. However, it still have some limitations and just have few previous studies. In the future, further research in this aspect is needed to adapt to more scenarios.

Abstract:The theories on individual learning and research findings by applying Myers-Briggs Type Indicatorl(MBTI) in the organizational environment are reviewed,and then,the relationship between manager's personality type and individual learning capability is empirically explored.The data analysis shows that N /S dimension has significant influence on the individual learning capability;except T /F dimension,the other three dimensions affect several sub-capabilities more or less.The statistic results enrich individual learning research under the corporation background,and provide some valuable hints on human resource management.

Abstract:The process of selecting courses is a critical aspect of the college experience, as it plays a significant role in shaping students' academic and professional development. This essay examines the factors that influence course selection and their impact on students' learning outcomes by administering the MBTI personality test to undergraduate students in universities in Hong Kong and conducting a systematic sorting and analysis of their elective courses based on their personality types, which shows that elective courses in comprehensive subjects can bring significant benefits when students connect their course selection with their personalities. It is essential to develop a personalized course selection regime that plays to students' strengths, improves their shortcomings, and takes different characters into account. Elective courses and career development are mutually dependent, and universities should assist students in selecting appropriate courses and managing their career planning. Effective communication between teachers and students is crucial for creating a positive atmosphere for college life, and a supportive academic environment that encourages responsible course selection can help students succeed in their academic pursuits and prepare them for their future careers.

Abstract:Nowadays, MBTI test as an effective tool has been widely used for career development and employment guidance in many colleges and universities. It has played an important role in college students' job selection and employment guidance, but is mainly limited to career guidance. Nevertheless, MBTI also plays a positive role in diversified growth of college students in terms of self-improvement, interpersonal communication and love affairs. This paper provides an in-depth analysis of MBTI, analyzing its significance in promoting comprehensive growth and development of applied undergraduates, which plays a positive role not only in cultivation of college talents, but also in overall development of college students.

Abstract:Currently, occidental business schools have developed a systemic case-based teaching mode. Chinese educational circles introduced this method to China and acquired good results to some degree. We can copy case teaching format, yet it is tough to demonstrate the essence. There are still many problems: some cases do not match with Chinese context, the teachers can't guide the students very well, the education tradition constrains the students' participation, etc. In order to find a satisfactory way to facilitate management case teaching, this study, based on our recent interviews to university students and previous literature, will manifest the characters and process of occident case teaching, analyze the deficiencies of Chinese actuality about case teaching, try to build a model about case teaching performance, which contains case material quality, teacher guidance, student involvement, and culture background, etc, and provide relevant improvement suggestions. © 2011 IEEE.

Abstract:The applicability of case teaching is the extent to which case teaching is applicable to a course.The factors contributing to the applicability of case teaching is firstly analyzed from the perspective of knowledge.MBA core courses are selected using the method of questionnaire survey,and cluster analysis with SPSS.MBA core courses are grouped into three subgroups based on the applicability of case teaching based on the MBA case library of three schools.The article also describes the problems of using case teaching and points out the improvement measures based on marketing courses.The study has significant value for MBA course teaching with cases.

Evolutionary Studies in Imaginative Culture

Abstract:In recent years, Chinese Generation Z has shown a strong enthusiasm for the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), often attributing academic or life challenges to their MBTI personality types. This study aims to explore the effects of MBTI on academic major selection, academic performance, and career decision-making among first-year university students in China. Data were collected from 203 freshmen across seven majors at a comprehensive university in Guangdong Province using MBTI personality test scales, peer evaluations, and an open-ended career decision questionnaire. Statistical and correlation analyses were conducted using SPSS 27. The findings revealed that: (1) the Judging/Perceiving dimension is significantly correlated with structured disciplines; (2) Intuitive students tend to perform better academically; and (3) MBTI has a limited impact on career decision-making. These results suggest that while MBTI can offer insights into student preferences, its predictive power is constrained, especially in culturally and societally influenced contexts. Educators should take these factors into account when utilizing MBTI in academic settings and encourage students to explore career paths beyond their perceived personality constraints.

Abstract:To developing the application of statistical methods in teaching management, statistical models' analysis is applied to investigate the relationship of regular grades and final exam grades from our school's public projects.
