Abstract:Medical data is always complex and specific,it hence is critical to choose an appropriate database platform for the performance of Hospital Information System.This paper explores the status of Hospital Information System in China, and proposes a modified Inpatient Management System based on Post-Relational Database Cach.We analyze the system requirements and choose the Object-Oriented method to design database platform.Furthermore,we propose a direct mouse-drag interface method to resolve the issue of inpatient transfer operation.As a result of application of the Post-Relational Database Cach,the Inpatient Management System is proved to be more efficient.

Abstract:This text bases on ASP.NET technology and SQL Server 2000 database,and exploits MIS(Management Information System)based on B/S structure for graduate student three-help working.This system adopts Windows2003 Server and ASP.NET platform,and regards VB.NET as the programming language.This text first introduces the background question of exploiting environment and setting up this system,further analyzes the relation of authority assignment and function module for users of this system and finishes the design realization of this system,finally introduces the operation and debugging situation of this system.Applying MIS(Management Information System) to three-help working can realize the management objectiveses swiftly and high-efficiently.

Abstract:The idea behind hospital information systems is to make all of a patient's medical reports, lab results, and images electronically available to clinicians, instantaneously, wherever they are, But the higgledy-piggledy evolution of most hospital computer systems makes it hard to integrate all these clinical records. Although several integration standards had been proposed to meet this challenge, none of them is fit for hospitals in China. This paper introduces our work of implementing a three-tiered architecture enterprise viewer in Huzhou Central Hospital to integrate all existing medical information systems using limited resource.

Abstract:Objective Basing on functional requirements of military hospital apartment management and distribution system analyzing,to design an apartment management and distribution system for more accurate and efficient information management of hospital logistics,in order to reduce traditionally experience-based manual management and improve the unbalance between hardware and software development during the informationization process.Methods The system was designed using SQL database as backend system and PowerBuilder data application system as the front-end development tool.Results Using the system,the information of camp location,buildings,apartments and living situation could be tracked,queried,modified and deleted in real-time by the managers.Conclusions By using of the system,the management and allocation of apartments in the military hospital camp are improved effectively,which upgrad the management of hospital camp property.The system is easy to operate and should be used widely.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2011,32(3):38-40,42]

Abstract:Objective Based on the existing Junwei No.1 HIS system which has been widely applied in most military hospi-tals, a performance management evaluation system was thus developed, and data excavation and analysis were made accordingly. Methods The system adopted the BS+CS frame structure, the data layer was based on the platform of Oracle database, and the ap-plied service layer and the client program were developed with Visual Studio 2008.Results 《The Performance Management and Ap-praisal System for Military Hospitals》had certain capacity of data excavation and analysis, flexible generation of report forms and could provide data support for perfect decision-making.Conclusion 《The Performance Management and Appraisal System for Military Hospi-tals》 fully confirmed to the design requirements, could effectively improve the working efficiency and quality of performance appraisal, and could on the whole satisfy the demands of large hospitals.

Abstract:Application of electronic medical records tends to be mature, and the use of electronic medical records for filing and consultation in a document form become an important aspect in medical record management, with the purposes of achieving paperless storage, integrated display and intelligent application of medical records. Based on Microsoft's .NET Platform framework, the article uses the Microsoft Visual Studio C# 2005 development tool to design an electronic medical record document management system which has the functions of automatically filing medical record documents, reviewing data and enabling online search and reading of medical records. The functions can improve the work efficiency, as well as medical record utilization and safety.

Abstract:The MS SQL Server Database was used to maintain and manage the patients' electronic medical records in community hospital. According to TCP/IP and HTTP, the telemedicine diagnosis system was developed based on three layers framework of Browser/Server (B/S) mode and Microsoft Visual Studio.net C#2005 in Windows platform. The telemedicine diagnosis system was developed, which realized the function of interface display, information management, medical image transmission and telemedicine diagnoses. Based on B/S mode, this system has clear interface simple operation, reliability and rapid data transmission. It can accurately realize the experts' telemedicine diagnoses in time.

Abstract:The personnel paper files of every hospital in Qingdao are kept in municipal health human resource center.The system was established for managing archives in health human resource center and consulting archives for hospital more conveniently.SQL Server 2000 database was adopted in personnel file information management system which was based on Browser/Server mode,and then human resource center can finish the operations such as archives' entering,borrowing,inquiry,statistics and backup.Furthermore,using flash media video technique,human resource center can collect image information of personnel paper file and deliver it to remote hospital user instantly.The system is safe,reliable and easy to use.It makes archives management standardized and scientific.

Abstract:Clinical nursing work fails to integrate various nursing tasks such as basic care, observation of patients’ conditions, medication, treatment, communication, and health guidance to provide continuous and full nursing care for patients. Based on this, this paper uses the Internet of Things (IoT) technology to optimize the infusion process and achieve closed-loop management of medications and improve the efficiency and safety of infusion and medication administration by using a rational and effective outpatient and emergency infusion and medication management system. The system was built by applying wireless network, barcode technology, RFID, infrared tube sensing, and other technologies and was combined with actual nursing work to summarize application techniques and precautions. The application of this system will become a new highlight of medical informatization, improve patient experience, monitor infusion safety, enhance nursing care, reduce emergency medical disputes, improve patient satisfaction, and will create good social and economic benefits for the hospital.

First, an analysis is given on components and structure of medical record, together with an explanation for what is needed in a teleconsultation, how they should be organized and realized in a database, and how to deal with consultation data granularity using XML in combination with database; second, the work done during the realization stage is expatiated, including system analysis and design, database design, and system implementation.
