Abstract:PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) is successfully applied in Huzhou Central Hospital, and is well integrated with its HIS system by WEBSERVICE middleware. The system supports DICOM 3.0 Standard, and DICOM gateways are installed for modalities that do not support DICOM so as to have implemented the digitalization of all the image departments in the hospital.

Abstract:Medical data is always complex and specific,it hence is critical to choose an appropriate database platform for the performance of Hospital Information System.This paper explores the status of Hospital Information System in China, and proposes a modified Inpatient Management System based on Post-Relational Database Cach.We analyze the system requirements and choose the Object-Oriented method to design database platform.Furthermore,we propose a direct mouse-drag interface method to resolve the issue of inpatient transfer operation.As a result of application of the Post-Relational Database Cach,the Inpatient Management System is proved to be more efficient.

Abstract:The development of hospital business demands the integration of information systems. After studying the relative technologies for system connection,system integration and different modes of connecting system, we put forward a protocol to integrate the existing laboratory information system( LIS) and hospital information system(HIS). It introduces the multi-tier distributed technical methods for improving the client/server applications; it ascertains the units and transactions participating in workflow integration by referencing the IHE( Integrating the Healthcare Enterprises) Laboratory Technology Framework; it implements information exchange by Health Level 7(HL7) standards; and it can conserve previous investment and avoid some problems of security, maintenance and realtime process without the risk of massively updating system.

Abstract:Objective Based on the existing Junwei No.1 HIS system which has been widely applied in most military hospi-tals, a performance management evaluation system was thus developed, and data excavation and analysis were made accordingly. Methods The system adopted the BS+CS frame structure, the data layer was based on the platform of Oracle database, and the ap-plied service layer and the client program were developed with Visual Studio 2008.Results 《The Performance Management and Ap-praisal System for Military Hospitals》had certain capacity of data excavation and analysis, flexible generation of report forms and could provide data support for perfect decision-making.Conclusion 《The Performance Management and Appraisal System for Military Hospi-tals》 fully confirmed to the design requirements, could effectively improve the working efficiency and quality of performance appraisal, and could on the whole satisfy the demands of large hospitals.

Abstract:This paper demonstrates the integration of hospital information systems based on cloud computing. Our country's continuous promotion of the"digital hospital"these years, resulting in the constant expansion of its scale, the constant increase of its complexity, and the rapidly increasing number of server. At the same time, the maintenance work is also facing a great challenge. Cloud computing technology can separate the physical hardware from the operating system or application software, thus allowing multiple operating systems independently operate on the same physical machine, and can save the total cost of ownership. Ensemble integration platform can realize the effective integration of a variety of heterogeneous information systems. Therefore, the combination of the two can improve the utilization of the resources of the hospital information system, while increasing management flexibility.

Abstract:Interoperability among healthcare information systems is one of the most challenging problems in healthcare domain. In this paper, we propose a structure of Interoperable Medical Information System based on SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) and Web 2.0 under the framework of Regional Health Information Network. Various components are described in detail, including authentication, data access, and services management and so on. Services for medical information getting are registered and published by the system; users then access the system to search and fetch demanded services and value-added applications. All of the heterogeneous and distributed data and applications are converted to independent services according to international standards. As a result of the use of SOA, the system is levels clearly demarcated with good universality and maintainability.

Abstract:Because of the complexity of the hospital environment, there exist a lot of medical information systems from different vendors with incompatible structures. In order to establish an enterprise hospital information system, the integration among these heterogeneous systems must be considered. Complete integration should cover three aspects: data integration, function integration and workflow integration. However most of the previous design of architecture did not accomplish such a complete integration. This article offers an architecture design of the enterprise hospital information system based on the concept of digital neural network system in hospital. It covers all three aspects of integration, and eventually achieves the target of one virtual data center with Enterprise Viewer for users of different roles. The initial implementation of the architecture in the 5-year Digital Hospital Project in Huzhou Central hospital of Zhejiang Province is also described

Abstract:Objective Basing on functional requirements of military hospital apartment management and distribution system analyzing,to design an apartment management and distribution system for more accurate and efficient information management of hospital logistics,in order to reduce traditionally experience-based manual management and improve the unbalance between hardware and software development during the informationization process.Methods The system was designed using SQL database as backend system and PowerBuilder data application system as the front-end development tool.Results Using the system,the information of camp location,buildings,apartments and living situation could be tracked,queried,modified and deleted in real-time by the managers.Conclusions By using of the system,the management and allocation of apartments in the military hospital camp are improved effectively,which upgrad the management of hospital camp property.The system is easy to operate and should be used widely.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2011,32(3):38-40,42]

Abstract:The health information systems of most medical institutions in China are isolated. Communications across these systems are generally realized through point-to-point interfaces at the database level, which tend to lack interoperability, extensibility, and security. In the resent study, we developed localized, document-oriented and data-focused clinical document architecture (CDA) templates based on health level 7 (HL7) CDA. Then, by combining these templates with the Service-oriented architecture for HL7 middleware, we accomplished interoperability across multiple heterogeneous systems. Modules of our system have been put into trial use in six medical institutions, including the Second University Hospital (main campus and regional campuses) of the School of Medicine, Zhejiang University and other collaborating hospitals.

Abstract:Clinical nursing work fails to integrate various nursing tasks such as basic care, observation of patients’ conditions, medication, treatment, communication, and health guidance to provide continuous and full nursing care for patients. Based on this, this paper uses the Internet of Things (IoT) technology to optimize the infusion process and achieve closed-loop management of medications and improve the efficiency and safety of infusion and medication administration by using a rational and effective outpatient and emergency infusion and medication management system. The system was built by applying wireless network, barcode technology, RFID, infrared tube sensing, and other technologies and was combined with actual nursing work to summarize application techniques and precautions. The application of this system will become a new highlight of medical informatization, improve patient experience, monitor infusion safety, enhance nursing care, reduce emergency medical disputes, improve patient satisfaction, and will create good social and economic benefits for the hospital.

Abstract:Objective There are problems in current healthcare field,such as the low speed,low efficiency,high error rate by using traditional hand-written way to record the states of patients,and the execution status of doctor's orders cannot be updated in time.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a mobile healthcare nursing information system to improve the nursing process and increase work efficiency.Methods According to clinical needs,based on the Spring MVC,JS and HTML are used to develop the web interface,eclipse is used to develop an Android app,and web service is used to exchange data with HIS.Results This paper designs and implements a system which is applied and summarized clinically on the function of acquiring clinical data from PDA and showing the web pages and different kinds of forms from PC browser,changing the way of nursing from the nurse's work station on desktop to PDA mobile applications on hand.Conclusions Practical clinical application proves that this system improves the healthcare working method and refines the medical care administration,which can be applied to healthcare field,and has extensive applicability and reference value.
