Abstract:The invention discloses an all-angle luminous LED light source and a preparation method thereof. The LED light source comprises a bracket, a chip and a wavelength conversion layer; the bracket comprises a plane main body and two pins; the chip is fixedly arranged on the upper end face of the plane main body and is connected to the two pins through a bonding wire; the wavelength conversion layer is covered above the plane main body; therefore, the chip is packaged in the wavelength conversion layer; the two pins are respectively connected to the cathode and the anode of a power supply. A reflection cup is canceled; the chip is fixed on the plane main body; the activation angles of the light are greatly improved; the emission angles of the light are improved to about 250 degrees; the phenomena that the wavelength conversion layer covered on the chip is small in size and thin in thickness so that the aperture uniformity is poor and the color temperature deviates are solved; the uniformity of the apertures is improved; the shade is eliminated; and the color temperature is relatively even.
