Abstract:With the inceasing enlargement of the scale of modern power system the demands for memory and speed of the computation machines are becoming more and more.Even modern super computers are also too hard to qualify the analysis task with such a large and nonlinear artificial system.How to provide an accurate and speedy transient analysis service for consumers is always one of the most important concerns for power engineers.Dynamic equivalence can protrude dominant characters and analyze the internal system more speedy by system simplification.In this paper the development process of dynamic equivalence technology in recent years is introduced.The thinking and methods of different dynamic equivalent technologies are also discussed.Finally some suggestion with future equivalent study about power systems is given.

Exploring the Dialectics Underlying Institutionalization of IT Artifacts

Abstract:: We examine the relationship between information and communication technology for development (ICT4D) and local historically embedded institutions. We argue that, to understand the process of implementing IT artifacts, one needs to consider not only technical feasibility and economic viability but also institutional permissibility. We present a novel theoretical framework based on dialectics and institutional theory and apply it to a case study that contributes a dialectics-centered framework illustrated with empirical data from the informal sector in Latin America. The analysis demonstrates the institutionalization of IT artifacts as a conflicted and contested process and that historical institutions may enable some forms of institutionalization while resisting others contrary to social norms. We examine the emergence of contradictions, active praxis, and the resulting outcomes before concluding that, for IT artifacts to contribute to development, one must emphasize the embedded institutional arrangements and contestation that historically embedded institutions present. We conclude the paper by discussing the theoretical and practical implications.

Abstract:Virtual organizations are increasingly pervasive in knowledge work, despite significant challenges with respect to support for common ground, member awareness, sense of community, work coupling, incentives, and other issues. Understanding how specific sociotechnical affordances of VOs can enhance effectiveness in new and distinctive ways will improve our understanding of virtual organizations, and of computer-mediated human activity. We analyze and synthesize relatively fragmented existing research to develop a schematic success model for virtual organization effectiveness. We suggest that this research could progress through developing and validating a pattern language for virtual organizations, which we illustrate, drawing from ongoing fieldwork.

Abstract:The widespread uptake of mobile technologies has witnessed a re‐structuring of the mobile market with major shifts in the predominance of particular firms and the emergence of new business models. These sociotechnical trends are significant in the ways that they are influencing and shaping the working lives of software professionals. Building on prior research investigating the persistent problems and practices of systems development, this paper examines mobile applications development and distribution. A qualitative study of 60 developers based in Sweden, the UK and the USA was analysed around the interrelated problems of diversity, knowledge and structure. The analysis revealed how platform‐based development in an evolving mobile market represents significant changes at the business environment level. These changes ripple through and accentuate ongoing trends and developments, intensifying the persistent problems and challenges facing software developers.

Abstract:The deeply integration of information network and economic society has brought the trend of symbiotic coexistence, dynamic concurrency, evolution and revolution of network modals.Firstly, in order to satisfy the requirements of vertical industry applications, a scheme of the polymorphic network element based on codesign of domain-specific hardware/software was proposed, the key technologies to construct polymorphic network environment were discussed as well.Then, to solve the resource competition problem between diversified network modals, a heterogeneous resource allocation and replacement method was proposed by integration of computing, storage and forwarding, which dynamically adjusted the resource-allocation strategy according to the traffic volume to realize the efficient resource utilization.Experimental results show that the proposed scheme can provide the basic platform support for the construction of polymorphic network by separation of technical systems and supporting environment.

Abstract:This article focuses on presenting the cooperative tool DIMS, it is a platform that can manage the participants's daily life, by providing flexibility and speed in the organization's tasks. The main interest lies in the possibility of organizing information system in a logical network, across multiple physical sites, incorporating a specific protocol to making possible the inter-server communication. This protocol, based on the Jabber standard, that meets the needs of working everyday matters, allowing the distribution of research and access to resources of the WAN. The technological objective concerns the evolution of an information system architectures, where the application may be a comprehensive set of tools and services on a distributed network of remote sites. The challenge for users is the perception of a collective role to each individual who cooperates in compliance with safety rules and unlimited access to technical information.

Abstract:This study aims to investigate the factors that influence the digitalization of accounting systems applications in Vietnamese firms. The research focuses on the impact of Top Management Teams (TMTs), innovative corporate culture, Big Data, and Information Technology (IT) Infrastructure on the adoption of accounting systems applications. A comprehensive review of relevant literature reveals that TMTs play a critical role in driving digitalization initiatives, including accounting systems applications. Additionally, an innovative corporate culture can foster the adoption of digital technologies, leading to increased efficiency and accuracy of accounting systems. Moreover, the study identifies Big Data as a crucial resource for accounting systems, while IT Infrastructure is essential for successful implementation. Employing a quantitative survey methodology, the study collects data from 285 Vietnamese companies using purposive sampling techniques. The research findings provide insights into the factors that affect the digitalization of accounting systems applications in Vietnamese firms, which is beneficial for both practical management and theoretical perspectives.

Abstract:Today's difficult business reality makes enterprises more and more resort to information technology to manage nearly everything within the enterprises and to conduct business activities. This puts forward high requirements on information systems and in turn, raises a great challenge to software vendors - how to develop systems according to the diverse requirements as quickly as possible while spending a cost as low as possible. To achieve this purpose, we argue a core infrastructure delivering some general functions is needed by software vendors. The paper proposes such an infrastructure and details its design philosophy. A scenario is also presented to illustrate the effectiveness and efficiency of the infrastructure proposed.

Abstract:Due to the unique business, legal, and cultural environments of transition economies, that is countries that have recently moved or are in the process of moving from a centrally planned economy to a market-driven system, research findings from developed economies do not always apply and different approaches are needed. In this study, we review and analyze 84 papers on enterprise systems in transition economies published in the years 2004–2016. Based on the analysis of themes and issues investigated, reported results, and trends, we identify gaps in the existing literature leading to multiple promising directions for future research. Furthermore, based on our interpretation of the findings and an existing general framework for information and communication technology supported socioeconomic development, we provide a more specific, conceptual framework that integrates enterprise systems with socioeconomic development.

Abstract:This paper summarizes the evolution logic, technical connotation, presupposition, applicable scope, and existing problems of information networks from the perspective of the development paradigm. This work aims to meet the requirements of symbiosis and coexistence, evolution and revolution, and integration of the function safety and network security of diversified networks and applications. Accordingly, we demonstrate the scientific necessity of the revolution of the information network development paradigm and propose the polymorphic network (PINet) paradigm that separates technical systems and the supporting environment. On this basis, we clarify the core idea, system form, and operation logic of the PINet paradigm and analyze the key technologies of the PINet paradigm in detail. Finally, we propose an engineering implementation scheme of the PINet paradigm, which explores possible methods and approaches to high-quality information networks at the development paradigm level.
