Research on Patent Right Pledge Financing Strategy of Small and Medium-sized Scientific and Technologoical Enterprises in Zhejiang Province

Abstract:With the rapid development of small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises,traditional pledge financing mode can no longer meet their financing demands.The emergence of patent right pledging financing mode has expanded the financing channel of small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises and meanwhile expanded a new asset allocation business for financial institutions such as banks.This paper takes small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises in Zhejiang Province for example and describes several typical patent pledging financing modes.According to the practice of pledging financing in the province,there exists such problems as inadequate coverage,unbalanced regional development and low willingness of financing institutions in loan.To promote the development of patent right pledging financing in Zhejiang Province and solve problems above and restraining factors of patent right pledge financing,this paper also makes relevant suggestions on countermeasures in four aspects-the government,small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises,financial institutions and intermediary organ.
