Abstract:The continuous development of society makes the competition between enterprises increasingly fierce, and the means of competition is also more diversified and changing. The competition of enterprises is the competition of talents. Therefore, it is very important to carry out high-quality education and training for enterprise employees. Talent is an important carrier of technological innovation, theoretical knowledge innovation and management level innovation. Strengthening the education and training management of employees is one of the key factors to improve the quality of talents and the core competitiveness of enterprises. Enterprises attach great importance to the education and training of employees. Strengthening the talent strategy of enterprises has become an important development strategy of electric power enterprises, and "great education and training" has become the basic concept of teaching and training.
