Abstract:Nanobiotechnology is converged by nanotechnology and biotechnology, and is a major component of nanotechnology. It is also an important research topic in the area of biomedicine. The nanoparticle is the most interested and useful nanomaterial used in the biomedical field, which have many characteristics. This article introduced some new reserach achievements and progress in the biosensor and biodetection field based on the nanoparticle technology, presented the synthesis methods for nanoparticle, the application of nanoparticle in the nanobiosensor and nanobiochip, and some related research work carried out in our lab. Finally, the development of this field in the future was prospected.

Abstract:This paper birefly presents the basic concepts of nano-science technology and nanoelectronics development history. Based on the discussion of the development of the nanoelectronics,this article pointed out that the aim of the nanoelectronics is "smaller,faster,cooler" at the devices requiring of the electronics,and studied the realistic and historical purpose of the nanoelectronics. Based on the composing material,basic theories and basic characteristic of the nanoelectronics devices,this article especially analyzes the status of single electron devices;it is showed that the inevitability of the devolopment is nanoelectronics integrated circuit and nanoelectronics calculation. Based on above analysis,this papr points out the existing problems and forecasts the trend of the nanolectronics.

Abstract:A brief overview of the application of nanotechnology and nano-materials in pigment paste is presented in this article. Based on the functional effects of nano-materials in architectural paints,this article introduces the influences of using nano-titanium dioxide,silica,zinc oxide,calcium carbonate,silver,iron oxide,and several other important species on the performance of water based pigment paste. It expatiates on the method and technology of the production,the stability theory of pigment paste,the preparation of all-nano and nanocomposite pigment paste,and the comprehensive performance optimization of adding a certain proportion of nano-filler in the paste system. Besides,this article focuses on the influences of the wetting decentralized system on nano-pigment paste.
