Using Game Restriction Method to Raise the Level of Basketball Playing Skill of Ethnic College Students

Abstract:The teaching of basketball playing skill includes basic skills and match playing skills. Teaching practice shows that in order to quickly raise the level of basketball match playing skill of ethnic minority students, most of whom are short of direct experience and perceptual cognition, game restriction method should be used in teaching, which can make students master basic technical movements and rules of using techniques in matches, and be bale to apply the skills in match playing more properly. This method will not affect basic skill teaching as a whole, but can arouse students' enthusiasm and help them form dynamic stereotype with correct skills.
