Abstract:Through the methods of literature review, expert interview and field investigation, this paper analyzes the effective teaching and promotion strategies of basketball general course for physical education major in Colleges and universities in China. It is believed that the main problems in the effective teaching of basketball general course of physical education major in China are cognitive bias in effective teaching, ignoring the effectiveness of teaching process, and dissimilation of effective teaching orientation In the problem, this paper puts forward the specific strategies to improve the effective teaching of general basketball course of physical education major in Colleges and universities, that is to correctly understand the effective teaching, pay attention to the effective teaching process, and establish the effective teaching goal orientation, so as to provide enlightenment for peer researchers to explore effective teaching together, and provide reference for peer workers to better understand effective teaching and improve effective teaching efficiency.

Abstract:Physical education teaching methods run through the entire teaching process and have a significant impact on the quality of physical education teaching. Appropriate teaching methods have a multiplier effect on teaching quality. Scholars such as Jin Qinchang, Wu Zhichao, and Mao Zhenming have provided different definitions of "physical education teaching methods", but the core is centered around teachers' teaching and students' learning. The article summarizes the teaching methods used in the basketball elective class of Hunan Agricultural University for one semester, including language method, complete method and decomposition method, game method and competition method, hierarchical teaching method, and self-learning method, in order to explore suitable teaching methods for basketball classrooms.

Abstract:With the in-depth promotion of the new curriculum reform, the state attaches more and more importance to the quality of higher education, emphasizing the need to promote the overall growth of students and make every effort to improve their comprehensive quality. In this context, as an important platform for cultivating students' physical and mental health and all-around skills, college basketball public physical education course urgently needs to improve the quality of the course through reforming teaching concepts and methods, especially in the context of the new era, the introduction of the flipped classroom model not only refreshes the traditional teaching methods, but also effectively breaks the inherent limitations of the teaching mode. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the application effect and practice of flipped classroom in college basketball public physical education courses, in order to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for improving the teaching effect of basketball.

Abstract:A new teaching model were proposed on the basis of research about teaching practice and teaching model on ball games,in which ability of learning was used as a guidance,comprehension and exchanging the roles of teachers and students in education were used as a teaching method,while small class and four freedoms were used as a new instructional mode.A practical comparison with traditional teaching model was also performed and our results showed that this new teaching model had gained significant effect on improving learning ability of students,and also greatly enhanced students' interest in learning.

Abstract:With the full implementation of quality education, people's attention to physical education is gradually increasing. As one of the main contents of College sports, basketball teaching and training can't only make students' physique exercise effectively, but also train their comprehensive quality effectively. However, basketball itself is a highly technical sport, which requires students' reaction ability and cooperation ability. In order to fully enjoy its stimulation and entertainment in basketball, teachers need to start with teaching and training, and effectively cultivate students' basketball consciousness. Only in this way can the relevant sports technology be fully developed, so that the effect of basketball teaching and training can be guaranteed accordingly. Abstract:: Basketball plays an important role in college physical education. In the traditional college basketball teaching mode, teachers rely on face-to-face instruction in class, and it is difficult to get to know the learning situation of a specific student in time in the face of dozens of students, let alone to guide them pertinently. In addition, basketball skill teaching takes up a lot of class time, which is not conducive to the cultivation of college students’ sports literacy. In this context, this paper uses the “rain class” to collect and analyze learning data, constructs the “online + offline” compound teaching model in college basketball teaching, and sets up experiments to verify the “online + offline” compound basketball teaching model, hoping to promote the development of college basketball teaching in the theoretical and practical level.

Abstract:Abstract The Basketball is a sport with both competition and entertainment. In recent years, due to the popularity of NBA in the United States, basketball has been widely popularized in China. Basketball is one of the core contents of physical education, but the existing basketball teaching methods are too theoretical, boring process, and not conducive to students’ mastery of skills. Therefore, combined with the characteristics of the information age, this paper puts forward the practical application research of sports basketball teaching app under the background of new media. In this paper, the new media technology and sports app are deeply studied. It is considered that the use of new media technology in Basketball Teaching in the future is a great development trend. The use of basketball training teaching APP can improve teaching effect, cultivate students’ interest in learning in class, and cultivate students’ learning awareness. In order to further verify the practical effect of APP teaching method for basketball teaching, this paper establishes the corresponding comparative experiment. The experimental group used app teaching method; the control group used traditional teaching method, and then compared the average score of basic basketball between the two groups through the test. The results of the experiment show that the score of the experimental group using app teaching method is significantly higher than that of the control group, with obvious difference. Therefore, it can be considered that the app teaching method can improve the basketball training effect of the traditional basketball training method.
