Expectation and Review of Twenty Years' Domestic Violence Research in China

Abstract:Since 1970s,western scholars have started the research on domestic violence,and launched the legislative reform and social campaign to help victims of domestic violence,which has achieved periodical successes.China introduced the concept of domestic violence into its academic research during 1990s,which has lasted for thirty years.This article raises the expectation for the domestic violence research from the perspective of structure and resource,basing on analysis of the path of research and practice which the issue of domestic violence were recognized and taken as a problem to be solved。
