Abstract:The digital control technique of single chip microcomputer is adopted in the design of DC voltage-stabilized power supply for a multifunctional, digitalized DC voltage-stabilized power supply with higher performance cost ratio. This power source uses the digital adjustment , the output precision is high. It also has short and over-current protection and alarm, which is suitable especially in each kind situation of the high accuracy request. This design intellectualization direct-current power supply uses the self-restraint keyboard entry. The single-chip microcomputer receives voltage value information of keyboard input,and caries on processing.

Abstract:An analog circuit with high resolution and low power in a sigma-delta(Σ-Δ) digital-to-analog converter(DAC) was designed.By adopting 4-bit quantized technique,this DAC not only enhances the stability of the modulator,reduces the power consumption and the occupied area,but also reduces the system requirements for the back-end low-pass filter.Realizing methods of different modules were given,besides,design techniques in crucial modules that generated non-linearity,such as switched-capacitors and bandgap reference,were discussed.This design was fabricated in SMIC 0.18 μm mixed-signal CMOS process and verified.The measured results showed that the chip had a peak SNDR of 89 dB and a 96 dB dynamic range(DR),and consumed a total power of 19.1 mW,and this value droped to 9.1 mW without buffers.Moreover,the prototype yield was 90%,achieving high precision and low power dissipation.

Abstract:A third-order low-power ΣΔ modulator for a high-end 18bit audio-band analog-to-digital converter is developed.The modulator is based on a 2-1 cascaded architecture with optimized coefficients to extend the dynamic range and reduce the spectrum tones.The gate-source bootstrapping technique is employed to enhance the sampling switch linearity.A power-efficient class A/AB operational transconductance amplifier (OTA) is proposed,which achieves a high slew rate of 100V/μs with only 0.8mA current consumption.The OTA designed for the second and third integrators is a scaled version of the first OTA,which allows for further power reduction.The modulator is implemented in SMIC mixed-signal 0.18μm CMOS technology,and the area is 1.1mm × 1.0mm.Experimental results indicate a peak signal-to-noise-and-distortion ratio (SNDR) of 91dB and a dynamic range of 94dB over a 22.05kHz bandwidth.The chip operates under a 3.3V power supply with a power dissipation of 6.8mW,which is suitable for high-performance,low-power audio ADC applications.

Abstract:This paper developed the study and implementation of digital multimeter module in a comprehensive measurement device designed by our laboratory.This model takes the ASIC FS9721 as a core and CPU(Blackfin531 DSP)controlling measure function,processing measurement data and displaying measure results.This paper introduces the characteristic,controlling methods of FS9721 and hardware circuit designing,present the schematics of attenuation circuit controlling.Also,there detailed introduces the principle of measure functions switching and software design flow.Finally it analyses the actual measure results and advanced improved methods.

Abstract:The system is made up by silicon crystal oscillator,frequency divider,number counter,decipherer,LED indicator and calibrated circuit and utilizes the medium-sized and small-sized integruted chip of CMOS series(double-row plug-in).The design for the overall project is composed of two parts the main circuit and the expanded circuit.The main circuit carries on the basic function of the digital electronic clock and the expanded circuit carries on the expanded function of it.Each unit is designed and the overall adjustment is performed.

Abstract:A high-precision digital control DC power supply based on singlechip STC89C52, A/D converter AD7705, D/A converter DAC7512 and three terminal adjustable regulator LM317 is designed and realized, which uses MCU as the center, and adopts 12 DAC DA7512 to realize digital control and 16 ADC AD7705 and LCD to the measurement and display of output voltage. The voltage adjustment range of this system is 0-13V, and the deviation of display value and set value is not more than 1%, voltage step value is 0.01 V. The experimental result shows that the system can well solve the accuracy of output adjustable voltage, and is characterized by high precision, easy to use and simple circuit.

Abstract:Presents a method to ameliorate the normal digital multi-meter and make it auto-controlled equipment.ICL7106 and similar A/D converter chips are the measurement kernels of normal multi-meters.With an interface between the ICL7106 A/D chip and MCU,MCU is able to obtain measurement data from the digital multi-meter,and,thus,it can control the measurement process using relays to manipulating the ranges and power.With additional communication interfaces,MCU is able to communicate,synchronize and co-work with other equipment implementing auto-measurement.

Abstract:The digital oscilloscope adopts STM32 MCU as the control core, uses the IDT7201 for memory, through the AD converter ADS830 real-time sampling achieve the extraction of the input signal and digital storage, display; Crossover functions are realized by CPLD to provide accurate clock for MCU, FIFO, ADS830, and communicate with MCU through SPI agreement. Software design to achieve control A/D converter start-up and storage of the sample data, calculate the frequency and amplitude, buttons and LCD screen.Using Altium Designer software to design and produce a digital oscilloscope printed circuit board PCB, and complete the whole production and commissioning. The digital oscilloscope can be real-time accurate sampling and show the general low frequency signal, can be used when using battery power, small volume, convenient to carry, it can be easily integrated into the experiment box, to become a part of it, and other function modules to form a whole.
Design on DC Digital Voltage Meter Based on C Language

Abstract:Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional digital voltage meter such as complex structure, high cost, short service life and difficult upgrade, a digital voltage meter is proposed, which is based on C language and uses P89V51 single chip microcomputer as control core. The hardware circuit uses dual integrating A/D converter; the power supply circuit is handled by steady voltage chip LM7805 and LM7905; the voltage load ranges from +5 V to-5 V; the digital signal processing adopts CD4052 B, and the automatic range conversion circuit is constituted by LM324. The control function is implemented by C language programming. The measurement range is from 10 mV to 2 V, the resolution ratio is 1 mV(2V gear); the measurement error is less than ±0.5 V; the input resistance is greater than 1 MΩ.The experimental results show that the voltage meter can restrain the power interference, has high measurement accuracy and such advantages as automatic zero, automatic range switching and automatic upgrade.

Abstract:The authors present a time-to-digital converter based on multi-stage amplification structure. This structure consists of coarse stage and fine stage. Coarse stage utilizes delay line to get the residue which is less than a buffer’s delay. A small area and low power residue selecting logic is designed. In the fine stage, 2× time amplifier and half judger is utilized to generate 4 binary codes from MSB to LSB. Simulation in SMIC 65 nm process shows that the new structure has a high conversion speed up to 470 MS/s and power consumption is 1.3 m W at 100 MHz with the resolution of 1.44 ps and range of 736 ps. An accurate gain robust to PVT variation can be achieved with the calibration of the time amplifier, so a good integral nonlinearity is obtained.

Abstract:Considering the distinct disadvantages such as poor expandable capability and high price of traditional digital signal processor, a PC based instrument was researched and developed according to the digital signal processing principle and computational methods. The article studied the technique of cooperation Matlab with VC++ to achieve analyzing function of the sampling signal. Interaction of dialog box and multiple document technique are investigated to realize the sampling of the signal. By applying the technique of VC calling Matlab, consummated the signal processing function. Designing a controlled experiment to compare the signal processing result of B and K2034 with that of the virtual instrument. Much the same output has proved the correctness of the result and the validity of the virtual signal processing instrument. Experimental application indicated that the system realized the fundamental signal processing function, which is the simulation of B and K2034.

Abstract:Based on single chip microcomputer (MCU) STC89C52, the hardware and software implementation of integral direct current digital voltmeter (DVM), which can shift the scale automatically, is introduced in this paper. Based on the principle of double integral A/D converting, a new A/D conversion process is proposed, which increases the converting speed and reduces zero drift rates.
