Abstract:A 2-input DC digital voltmeter was designed, which used SCM AT89C51 as the core, chip ADC0809 for the analog-digital conversion, and LCD OCMC2X16A as the display section. After simulation and practical circuit testing, the voltmeter has high accuracy, powerful expansion function, reliable performance, and low price. So it will has a good prospect of application.

Abstract:The simple digital voltmeter is made of the ATMEL 8-bit MCU(Main Computational Unit), AT89S52 and national semiconductor's ADC(Analog-to-Digital Converter) 0804, including a certain number of components. The system uses the AT89S52 MCU as the main controller, which processes the acquired analog voltage and realize LED(light-emitting diode) digital display by dynamic scanning. The voltmeter can measure the DC(direct current) voltage in the rage of 0 ~ 5V and display the measurement results by the four LED digital tube. Because of fewer components, low cost, automated adjustment, high accuracy measurement, stable performance, the voltmeter has a very good application prospect.

Abstract:A front-end circuit with 16-channel 12-bit 100-kSps RC-hybrid successive approximation register (SAR) analog-to digital converter (ADC) for industrial monitoring application is presented. The front-end circuit can process a wide range input voltage as large as 10 V which is beyond the supply voltage, with the help of voltage divider preceding an analog multiplexer. A programmable gain amplifier (PGA) is used to convert different input voltage ranges into a same one. A RC hybrid digital-to analog converter (DAC) is employed in SAR ADC to avoid calibration requirement for the bridge capacitor which is usually needed for a split capacitor SAR ADC architecture. Serial peripheral interface (SPI) is integrated in the design for communication and configuration. The prototype circuit fabricated in a 0.18 um 3.3 V CMOS process shows the measured DNI, and IN1, within-0.821+0.68 LSB and-0.851+0.82 1,SR, respectively. The circuit consumes 2.04 mVV with a 3.3 V supply voltage. The whole chip occupies an area of 1.844 x 1.387 mm(2).
Design on DC Digital Voltage Meter Based on C Language

Abstract:Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional digital voltage meter such as complex structure, high cost, short service life and difficult upgrade, a digital voltage meter is proposed, which is based on C language and uses P89V51 single chip microcomputer as control core. The hardware circuit uses dual integrating A/D converter; the power supply circuit is handled by steady voltage chip LM7805 and LM7905; the voltage load ranges from +5 V to-5 V; the digital signal processing adopts CD4052 B, and the automatic range conversion circuit is constituted by LM324. The control function is implemented by C language programming. The measurement range is from 10 mV to 2 V, the resolution ratio is 1 mV(2V gear); the measurement error is less than ±0.5 V; the input resistance is greater than 1 MΩ.The experimental results show that the voltage meter can restrain the power interference, has high measurement accuracy and such advantages as automatic zero, automatic range switching and automatic upgrade.

In many design complexity, features a variety of electronic devices, the digital frequency meter was one of the essential equipment. It was widely used in various fields. The core of the frequency meter is AT89C51 microcontroller. It used SCM counting and timing functions to achieve the measurement pulse within a certain gate time, and it uses LED digital display tube displays the measured frequency. The device has a high frequency accuracy measurement, real time, and it has a simple, easy to carry, strong expansion capability, a wide range.

Abstract:Based on single chip microcomputer (MCU) STC89C52, the hardware and software implementation of integral direct current digital voltmeter (DVM), which can shift the scale automatically, is introduced in this paper. Based on the principle of double integral A/D converting, a new A/D conversion process is proposed, which increases the converting speed and reduces zero drift rates. Compared with the conventional DVM, this DVM has higher precision, better linearity, and stronger anti-interference.

Abstract:A high-precision digital control DC power supply based on singlechip STC89C52, A/D converter AD7705, D/A converter DAC7512 and three terminal adjustable regulator LM317 is designed and realized, which uses MCU as the center, and adopts 12 DAC DA7512 to realize digital control and 16 ADC AD7705 and LCD to the measurement and display of output voltage. The voltage adjustment range of this system is 0-13V, and the deviation of display value and set value is not more than 1%, voltage step value is 0.01 V. The experimental result shows that the system can well solve the accuracy of output adjustable voltage, and is characterized by high precision, easy to use and simple circuit.

Abstract:A online monitoring system for dielectric loss(tanδ) of capacitive equipments using SCM C8051F as main controller was designed.The structure and software and net interface design of the system were discussed in detail.The tanδ is calculated by synchronous A/D sampling for AC voltage and current signal,which reflects insulated bug of power equipment in time.The testing result proves that when the frequency of input signal is less than 6 kHz,the monitoring system has superior precision and veracity,can correct sampling frequency according to frequency fluctuation,therefore achieves purpose of insulation monitoring.

Abstract:The digital oscilloscope adopts STM32 MCU as the control core, uses the IDT7201 for memory, through the AD converter ADS830 real-time sampling achieve the extraction of the input signal and digital storage, display; Crossover functions are realized by CPLD to provide accurate clock for MCU, FIFO, ADS830, and communicate with MCU through SPI agreement. Software design to achieve control A/D converter start-up and storage of the sample data, calculate the frequency and amplitude, buttons and LCD screen.Using Altium Designer software to design and produce a digital oscilloscope printed circuit board PCB, and complete the whole production and commissioning. The digital oscilloscope can be real-time accurate sampling and show the general low frequency signal, can be used when using battery power, small volume, convenient to carry, it can be easily integrated into the experiment box, to become a part of it, and other function modules to form a whole.
Design of DC Power Supply Control System Based on Single Chip Microcontroller

Abstract:the traditional DC power supply system is usually to control the output voltage according to the difference between the output voltage value and the benchmark value of the power supply, which is difficult to achieve and easy to be affected by the parameters, resulting in low control accuracy. This paper presents a power supply output voltage control method based on single chip microcomputer. SCM selects a cost-effective STC89C52 SCM, and the output voltage is collected through a voltage sensor. The voltage signal is transmitted to the SCM via the A/D converter. The LCD screen uses RT12864 and is connected with a single chip microcomputer. The single chip control results are transmitted to the RT12864 LCD for display. A / D conversion circuit is used to convert the output piezoelectric signal collected into a digital signal. The power supply output voltage is controlled by the single chip microcomputer controlling the A/D conversion circuit. The experimental results show that the proposed method has high control precision and robustness.

Abstract:In order to help the large electricity users with energy saving management,a new design of portable multi-functional electric meter based on advanced MCU is proposed in this paper.The program design process for MCU and interface circuits between MCU and peripheral devices are described in detail in the paper.High precision MAX1320 is used for power quality data synchronous acquisition.And the MCU is used for calculation and analysis.The data are stored in large capacity storage device and displayed in the LCD.The testing results show that the design is feasible and that the device realizes on-line monitoring of many electrical parameters.
