Abstract:To achieve high speed clothing cutting with high control precision,the control system for cutting automatically by laser is developed.Taking advantages of digital signal processor TMS320F2812′s rich hardware resources,the system improved laser cutting technology and tangent motion interpolation algorithm.Based on laser cutting principle and general design ideas of auto-cutting system,the mechanical structure with hardware and software is developed for the cutting control system.It involved secure digital card storage and FAT32 file management process,realizing the transmission of files for trajectory control.The results indicated that this automatic laser-cutting system fulfils cutting more exactly and efficiently.Compared with conventional products,it deleted the vibration from mechanical cutter,meanwhile improving the work efficiency and quality for clothing cutting or pattern cutting.

Abstract:This paper presents an improved robust control of a high speed high precision XY-table linear motion system used in semiconductor wire bonding machine. H ∞ robust control is implemented in both inner velocity loop and outer position loop to achieve high and consistent control performance even in the presence of considerable resonance uncertainties and external disturbances. Auto-tuned feed-forward compensation based on fuzzy logic method is employed to obtain satisfactory dynamic and settling performance. High close loop bandwidth has been yielded, and high acceleration of 20g (1g = 9.81m/s2), high speed of 0.9m/s can be achieved with the dynamic error of 2 μm, settling error of 1.2μm and static error of 0.2μm.

Abstract:A FX2 PLC as master control unit combined with a MR-J2 servo motor, an orientation module and a servo amplifier to make a system. A motor was accurately controlled by using the features of position control and multistage velocity control of the servo motor through the form address orientation method and an optimization project of dual control for position and velocity was deduced. The duel control project ensures both the precision and the speed of the system. The system realized variable scale cutting, which met the requirement of special transformer. The operating tests indicated that of the cutter satisfied the technical specifications completely.

Abstract:Influenced by scaling?off cutting, to the mass produced rods and steel tube blank, the phenomena of burr and flashing are found. If the parts are processed by manual chamfering and lathe, it is tremendously labor intensive and low efficiency. To solve the problem, an efficient double?headed automatic chamfering machine was designed based on PLC control. The structural components of the chamfering machine were introduced , the gas?liquid control diagram and the electric control schematic figure including the flow chart of software programming were described in detail. The practices have proven productivity and end quality are improved greatly be?cause the chamfering machine can be used to realize double end continuous processing although loading once.

Abstract:In order to reduce the cost of the industrial sewing machine control system,an optimized design scheme with hardware and software is proposed.Mature,reliable and cheap components are selected in this system.The control system of the industrial sewing machine is a hysteretic,time-variant and nonlinear system,which is difficult to control accurately by traditional double-closed-loop PID control algorithm based on a precise model of controlled objects.The key to the point is that the system parameters cannot be adjusted timely when the controlled objects are varied.Aiming at solving this problem,a kind of complex Fuzzy-PID controller is designed.Experiments show that this control system has characteristics of fast start/hold,good rubustness and precise positioning.The new system has been applied in industrial sewing machines,which is quite satisfactory.

Abstract:In this paper, a simplified CNC system based on PLC and position controller is introduced. The position controller FX2N-20GM, is a pulse chain output unit, which can control motors to accomplish linear interpolation and circular interpolation. PLC,with the mode of FX2N-16MR, the logic control unit of system, reads position data from the position controller and determines the operation of the system. Labwindows/CVI,the configuration software on PC, is the upper monitoring system, showing the motors position in real time by monitoring PLC. The system, combined PLC , position controller and configuration software, can draw any kinds of two dimensional graphics and show the trajectory of motors on PC in real time, the linear interpolation and circular interpolation had been perfectly implemented by a series of experiments. Compared with classic CNC system, it did not contain tedious hardware wring or complex software programming, which makes the whole structure a simplified CNC system.

Abstract:In order to further improve the collaborative control efficiency of the electrical system of the laser CNC machine tool, an electrical system based on the ultrafast laser CNC machine tool is proposed. The design of the collaborative control scheme is discussed from three aspects: the overall control scheme design, hardware structure design, and control software implementation of the electrical system of the laser numerical control machine tool. The experimental results show that the length of the metal sheet processed by the electrical system of the laser CNC machine tool is 5.3 cm and the width is about 3.6 cm, and the actual processing aperture size will also change according to the set number of variable radius turns, and more precise processing can be enabled in the online test. The research results show that this electrical collaborative control system scheme has strong practicability and feasibility. With the help of system upgrades and optimization, the efficient integration of laser processing technology and numerical control technology can be better achieved. It should be noted that the machining process of the machine tool is also required to make in-depth improvements, which can maximize the operating efficiency and machining accuracy of the electrical system of the CNC machine tool. The laser CNC machine tool researched and developed in this paper verifies the rationality and feasibility of the collaborative control scheme through practical experiments, which can meet the processing requirements and realize the integration of laser processing technology and numerical control technology. Abstract:This paper studied the design of PLC electrical control system of CNC machine tool. The design program of the electrical control system is established according to the requirements. The parameters of all electrical components are determined through calculation of electric load for selection of electrical equipment and wires. Then the design of power supply and distribution of the electrical control system is described in detail, and the design of the electrical control system of main equipment is studied. This paper focuses on the design of spindle, feed axis and module. In addition, this paper summarized the design of the electrical control cabinet, wiring, installation and commissioning of electrical equipment, inspection of the machining effect after installation and the control system. The entire CNC machine tool electrical control system is designed.

Abstract:This paper designing a small open-loop type of engraving machine,which is a small gantry axis cheap product for small and medium units and individual users.Its processing range is 400&200&50 millimeters,which mainly processes aluminum-magnesium alloy,engineering plastic and other non-ferrous metal materials.According to initial conditions,we can calculate the main cutting force and divide it into components in X《Times New Roman》〗 axis,Y《Times New Roman》〗 axis and Z《Times New Roman》〗 axis.At the same time the processing speed could be calculated.And then we can select the motor,ball screw,bearings and guide rail in every direction of it,and have the completion of the mechanical system design;Based on the power characteristic of stepper motor and the 25 stitches parallel port of upper computer,we could complete the circuit system design;Lastly,control system will use the Mach3 software to finish complex tool path.Firstly,we should gets graphical processing codes,then import it into the Mach3 software,and then finish the configuration parameter of the Mach3 software,lastly we could complete the simulation processing and signal pulse output of a specific graphic.

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of traditional closed structure of Computer Numberical Control(CNC) and the real-time optimal cutting parameters couldn't be obtained automatically,a self-adaptive open intelligent controller was designed and developed,which was modularity and could realize online adjustment based on constrained goals and machining parameters.Architecture of the open intelligent controller was established.Through setting up finite state machine model between adaptive constrained control and interpolation control,problems of effective fusion and synchronization between them were solved.Practical milling experiments of fuzzy adaptive controller based on cutting force as the constrained verified the integrate intelligent adaptive control system's feasibility and validity.

Abstract:In this paper,we introduce the principle of metallographical cutter control system and the design method of software and hardware based on the AT89S52 singal-chip microcomputer.To the point,the selections of cutting speed and model depend on the metallic attributes,in order to avoid damaging the structure and characteristic of the metal.The applications prove that the design is excellent and the system has the advantages of perfect practicability,convenience manipulation,stabilize performance and high reliability.In practice courses,the control accuracy can meet the challenge.

Abstract:In order to satisfy the demands of real-time performance and veracity, and simultaneously solve the difficult problem of realizing the control of large quantities of stepper motor, this paper puts forward the control scheme of master-slave single chip microcomputer, and develops the substructure control system of multi-manipulator tooth arrangement robot based on MSP430. This paper introduces detailedly the structure of multi-manipulator tooth-arrangement robot, the hardware realization and software system of the substructure control system of multi-manipulator tooth arrangement robot. The experimental results indicate that the design of control system is reasonable and has the advantages of precise controlling, well opening performance and high reliability, and so on.
