Phloroglucinol Clinical Observation in Elderly Primipara Cervical Sex During Childbirth

Abstract:Objective To analysis and discussion of obstetrics and gynecology clinic for cervical sex during childbirth the ripe old age of first-time mothers using phloroglucinol to clinical treatment effect, so as to provide reference for clinical treatment of patients with the disease. Methods Of obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital between January 2010 and May 2014 were treated 86 cases of cervical the ripe old age of first-time mothers in childbirth clinical data, through the method of stochastic indicator will all the patients were randomly divided into two groups, 43 patients were treated by routine group diazepam injection for treatment and research 43 cases were treated by phloroglucinol treatment, compared two groups of patients after clinical treatment cervical mouth and effective clinical treatment. Results Two groups of patients after clinical treatment, the team 2 h after the treatment in patients with cervical opening to an average of(4.45±0.33) cm, conventional group 2 h after the treatment in patients with cervical openings to an average of(3.41±0.28)cm, significant difference was found in two groups of data, the statistical significance(P 0.05); Team in patients with clinical effective rate was 95.35%(41/43), conventional group of patients clinical effective rate was 86.04%(37/43), significant difference was found in two groups of data, the statistical significance(P 0.05). Conclusion This study result shows that the obstetrics and gynecology clinic for cervical sex during childbirth the ripe old age of first-time mothers using phloroglucinol to clinical treatment effect is remarkable, this method can significantly improve the patient's clinical symptoms, reduce abnormalities in patients with cervical spasm and edema, conducive to secrete smoothly.
