On the Rules of Social Management

Abstract:The rules of social management are a complex system with their specific position and function in the whole social system.For social management,the optimum interaction between political field and social field is the prerequisite rule,the coordinated development between economic development and social welfare is the basic rule,the organic combination between social control and social policy is the operational law.In the great cause of building Socialism with Chinese Characteristics,we must achieve the rules of social management according to the scientific procedures under socialist system.In general,only follow the rules of social management,can the laws of social management is hold,can the scientific level of social management is comprehensively improved,and thus can provide a solid scientific support for enhancing and innovating of social management.
