Abstract:The rectification movement is an important event in the revolutionary history of the Communist Party of China Lai Chuanzhu’s diary shows that “learning” and “introspection” are the two most important links in the rectification at the top of the New Fourth Army in the aspect of reforming learning, the main ways are “reading” and “listening to lectures”Party members and cadres of the New Fourth Army should not only have “introspection”and “self-criticism”,but also use the “external force”of comrades in the Party, that is, through “mutual criticism”and“introspection report” to analyze and correct their personal shortcomings and wrong ideas Lai Chuanzhu’s diary shows the rhythm and method of the rectification movement of the New Fourth Army and the interaction among the characters, which not only outlines the general scene of the rectification movement of the New Fourth Army, but also supplements many details of this historical event.This has unique historical value and important historical significance for analyzing and studying the rectification movement of the New Fourth Army.
