Abstract:A new compound, methyl 4. 6-O-benzylidene- a -D-glucopyranoside 2, 3-cyclic phosphite ethyl ester was synthesized via the reaction of methyl 4, 6-O-benzylidene- a -D-glucopyranoside and ethyl dichlorophosphite. Its structure was confirmed by NMR and MS spectral methods.

Abstract:A new and efficient method for the synthesis of 4-methoxyl-2,3,5-trimethylpyiidine with an overall yield of 76% from cheap and easily available 2,3,5-trimethylpyridine was developed. The structure of related compounds was identified by IR, H-1 NMR and C-13 NMR. The method could be carried out economically on a huge scale.

Abstract:ZJ273,propyl 4-[2-[(4,6-dimethoxy-2-pyrimidinyl)oxy]benzylamino]benzoate,is a novel herbicide.The microsynthetic method of the compound was developed from 4,6-dimethoxy-2-pyrimidine,propyl(4-benzylamino) benzoate and phenol,and then purified by preparative-HPLC.The yield of end product was 53%.Its chemical structure was characterized by means of()~1H-NMR,MS,UV,and its chemical purity was determined to be exceed 98% by HPLC.The microsynthetic method of propyl 4[2-[(4,6-dimethoxy-2-pyrimidinyl)oxy] benzylamino]benzoate developed sets up a basis to synthesize the radioisotopic labeled target compound.

Abstract:The title compound, C20H47NO6Si4, was synthesized by per-O-trimethylsilylation of N-acetyl-d-glucosamine using chlorotrimethylsilane in the presence of hexamethyldisiloxane. The trimethylsilyl group and acetamido group are located on the same side of the pyran ring, showing an α-configuration glycoside. One of the trimethylsilyl groups is disordered over two orientations, with site-occupancy factors of 0.625 (9) and 0.375 (9). In the crystal, N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds link the molecules into supramolecular chains along the a-axis direction.

Abstract:Methyl 3-deoxy-3-(diphenylphosphino)-4,6-O-benzylidene-α-D-altropyranoside (1) and methyl 2-deoxy-2-(diphenylphosphino)-4,6-O-benzylidene-α-D-altropyranoside (2) were prepared from methyl 2,3-anhydro-4,6-O-benzylidene-O-D-mannopyranoside and methyl 2,3-anhydro-4,6-O-benzyl-idene-α-D-allopyranoside,respectively,via regioselective and stcreospecific ring-opening reactions in high yields.Compounds 1 and 2 were oxidized to give the corresponding phosphine oxides (3 and 4).

Abstract:The title compound, (1R,2R,3R,5S)-3-(3-chlorophenyl)-1-hydroxy-2-methyl-6-phenyl-8-oxa-6-azabicyclo[3.2.1]octan-7-one, was synthesized and characterized by H-1 and C-13 NMR and HRMS spectroscopy. Its absolute molecular configuration was investigated by X-ray crystallography. The crystal structure analysis revealed that the structure exhibits intermolecular hydrogen bonds of the type O-H horizontal ellipsis O. The methyl group and chlorophenyl group are located in the cis configuration. The conformation is stabilized by weak intermolecular C-H... O interactions.

Abstract:Two novel tricoordinate phosphorous saccharides, methyl 4,6-O-benzylidene-alpha-D-glucopyranoside 2,3-cyclic phosphite ethyl ester 3 and its mannoside analogue 5 were synthesized by the reaction of protected pyrannosides (1 and 4) with ethyl dichlorophosphite 2. Addition of 2,3-butanedione to 3 resulted in the formation of pentacoordinate phosphorous compound 6.

Abstract:Pyrazole compounds are one kind of heterocyclic compounds with extensive bioactivity,and lots of pyrazole compounds have been commercialized both in the region of medicament and pesticide.In the process of finding out some novel pyrazole compounds,a~d four novel pyrazole intermediates were synthesized.Taking diethyl oxalate as starting substance,the novel compounds can be synthesized via condensation,cyclic condensation,alkylation,(bromination) and hydrolysis reactions.The yield of products was about 78%-90%.Their structures were confirmed by elementary analysis,1H-NMR,MS and IR.

Abstract:When N-cyanoimido-（ O,O-diethyl）phosphonyl/S-methyl thiocarbonate （1） was treated with o-phenylenediamine in the presence of Et3N in ethanol,diethyl benzimidazole-2-yl phos-phonate （2） was obtained and hydrolyzed during the recrys-tallization in MeOH/H2O,generating ethyl benzimidazole-2-yl phosphonate （3）.Hie crystal structure of compound 3 was determined by X-ray diffraction method.The crystals belong to monoclinic,space group C2/c,a = 1.78408（18） ,6 = 0.83725（9）,c= 1.67401（18） nm,β= 118.997（2）,V = 2.1870（4） nm3,Z = 8,Dc=1.374 g/cm3,F（000）=944.The final R and wR are 0.0499 and 0.1436,respectively.The mechanism of the above reaction is also discussed.

Abstract:The title compound, C(22)H(22)N(2)O(10), was prepared by the glycosidation method through nitrite displacement on substituted nitro-phthalonitrile. The mol-ecule contains a benzene ring, two nitrile groups and an acetyl-protected d-glucose fragment which adopts a chair conformation. The absolute configuration was determined by the use of d-glucose as starting material. All substituents of the protected sugar are in equatorial positions, with the exclusive presence of the α-anomer. The crystal packing is stabilized by C-H⋯O and C-H⋯N hydrogen-bonding inter-actions.

Abstract:Four novel 2-(trimethylsilyl)ethyl glycosides have been synthesized by a short and efficient route starting from d-glucose. Their structures were elucidated by applying high-resolution mass spectra, and one-dimensional and two-dimensional NMR techniques. These glycosides were prepared and used as intermediate building blocks in the scheme developed for oligosaccharide construction.

Abstract:Unsymmetrical N-benzyloxycarbonyl-protected 1-amino-1-arylalkylphosphonate mixed diesters were synthesized using a one-pot reaction involving benzyl carbamate, aromatic aldehydes and alkoxydichlorophosphine, followed by treatment with alcohols in the presence of triethylamine. The reactions were followed by 31P NMR and a mechanism is proposed.

Abstract:Two ethyl 3-acetamido-4-aryl-6-methyl-2-oxo-3,4-dihydropyran-5-carboxylates（3） were synthesized with high diastereoselectivities and characterized by IR,NMR and MS.The configuration of 3a was confirmed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,ethyl 3-acetamido-4-（4-nitrophenyl）-6-methyl-2-oxo-3,4-dihydropyran-5-carboxylate（3a）,C17H18N2O7.The crystal is of orthorhombic,space group Pbca with a = 11.7781（16）,b = 9.5979（10）,c = 32.115（3）,V = 3630.4（7）3,Z = 8,Mr = 362.33,Dc = 1.326 Mg/m^3,λ = 0.71073,μ（MoKα） = 0.104 mm^-1,F（000） = 1520,the final R = 0.0646 and wR = 0.1464 for 1788 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ（I）.The N-H and oxygen atom are involved in intermolecular hydrogen bonds which link the molecules into a one-dimensional chain and stabilize the structure.
