Abstract:ECG analysis: The tracing can be divided into three zones. Part 1: narrow complex tachycardia, part 2 transition zone and part 3 wide complex tachycardia. The narrow complex tachycardia is regular, has visible p waves (best seen in aVF and V1), and has 1:1 AV relationship. The RP interval is 100 ms, and this can be due to atypical AV-node reentry tachycardia (AVNRT), focal atrial tachycardia (AT) or orthodromic atrio-ventricular reentry tachycardia (AVRT).
