Abstract:The system of political parties is an extremely important component of the national political system. It bears the responsibility for the operation of the national political system and is a symbolic connotation of the national political system. The Western system of political parties has been widely adopted for hundreds of years, but it is encountering many serious problems around the world today, and even a crisis has occurred. In China, the new-type system of political parties shows the effectiveness of governance and a scientific nature in decision-making, and it is more responsible and efficient in realizing institutional functions and in dealing with the three relationships between political parties and political power, between political parties and parties, and between political parties and society. The contemporary China's new-type system of political parties is a new system of the human political life, and it is China's major contribution to human political civilization.
