Abstract:virtual operation is a kind of effective organization management model to enable enterprises to form competition superiority quickly in a short time and react quickly to market opportunity through the integration of the interior resource and the exterior resource of enterprise.There are four kind of basic types of virtual operation such as the virtual personnel,virtnal function,virtual organization and vrtual region.The practice forms of virtual operation are mainly the virtual production,the virtual marketing,the virtual development and the virtual business.
