Abstract:In AVE(agile virtual enterprise)，traditional management mode ofenterprise shows much limitation and needs reengineering.The basic contents of reengineering of enterprise management mode in agile virtual enterprise is analyzed from the four aspects of business process，technology，organization structure，culture and human factor，with the introduction of the analytical method of enterprise process limitation based on activity chain，the ESIA principle of process structure optimization，and the enterprise process simulation & optimization system.And on this basis，a reengineering model of agile virtual organization is suggested to provide the necessary help for enterprises to meet requirement of AVE.
