Abstract:Virtual enterprise is a mode of enterprise organization and management. An efficient supporting platform brings a great deal of convenience to its operation. Based on the analysis of its characteristics and life cycle, this paper brings forward the main problems in realizing a supporting platform for virtual enterprise and discusses the corresponding solutions. Considering the inherent advantages of Web services, it presents a supporting platform based on Web services. Furthermore, the functional hierarchy model and the architecture of the platform are described in detail. Several key technologies are also discussed. Finally, This work presents an application example of this platform, and then evaluates the platform and draws a conclusion.

Abstract:Part information online access system facilitates the members of a virtual enterprise to share data agilely and instantaneously. This paper presents the architecture that support sharing data and service between departments in an enterprise, or between enterprises. The components, such as data maintenance, publishing, search, presentation, user management, administration of the part information online access system are introduced. The part classification method, the data model for part information, the user scenario and the supplier scenario are described.

Abstract:In AVE(agile virtual enterprise)，traditional management mode ofenterprise shows much limitation and needs reengineering.The basic contents of reengineering of enterprise management mode in agile virtual enterprise is analyzed from the four aspects of business process，technology，organization structure，culture and human factor，with the introduction of the analytical method of enterprise process limitation based on activity chain，the ESIA principle of process structure optimization，and the enterprise process simulation & optimization system.And on this basis，a reengineering model of agile virtual organization is suggested to provide the necessary help for enterprises to meet requirement of AVE.

Abstract:This paper presents researches on operation management for virtual enterprises (VEs). A virtual enterprise is a temporary alliance of member enterprises (MEs) formed to exploit fast-changing opportunities. During the operation of a virtual enterprise, its constituent member enterprises, which are geographically distributed and organizationally independent, collaborate with each other to execute the whole business process (BP) of the virtual enterprise. With the aim of addressing business integration for virtual enterprises, this paper develops a framework for virtual enterprise operation management. From the viewpoint of business processes, carried out is integral research on business process modeling, analyzing, and managing for virtual enterprises. Both the distributed business process model and the model of the virtual enterprise itself are established. The former provides the functional basis of the virtual enterprise operation, while the latter provides its structural basis. Further, the two models are integrated through the loading from the distributed business process model to the virtual enterprise model. Through such model separation and integration, business process management for virtual enterprises is enacted and business integration for virtual enterprises is achieved.

The virtual technique basis is the information techniques and the electronic networks. The interior foundation of the virtual system is the intelligent capital of the enterprise and the motivation of the system is to gain the utmost efficiency for the enterprise. The organitional structure and all the production business managerial activities can all be virtual. To choose and make use of outerior power and resources to integrate the enterprise′s dynamities can cause the energy to fision and condense and form fresh competitive impetus. A virtual enterprise possesses the features such as “virtual”, “pragmatic”, softening competition, thriftily management and the functions such as perfecting allocation of the resources, lowering costs and sharing the risks, exploring the markets and reducing repetitiou constructions. The virtual trend is about to get its force and we should cope with this as soon as possible.

Abstract:The distributed and collaborated style of the project realization in virtual enterprise challenges the traditional project management. The imprecise data for scheduling and the potential interest conflicts between the individual collaborator and the manager cause the difficulties and complexities of the global level scheduling in virtual enterprise. In this work, based on the fuzzy specification of the information for scheduling, we presented an approach that optimized the time performance for the global predictive scheduling, with the collaborator selection and sub-scheduling integrated in the individual partner by the negotiation between the manager and partners, we also gave the strategies of the resources allocation in the partner enterprises for the schedule realization.

Abstract:The shortcoming of cooperation mechanism in virtual enterprise, such as contract net, marketing mechanism is analyzed firstly. New cooperation protocol during cooperation process in virtual enterprise multi-agent model is proposed in this paper. Members in virtual enterprise decompose tasks, assign tasks, inspect tasks and evaluate tasks according to cooperation protocol. Virtual enterprise negotiation protocol is also proposed to handle the conflict during cooperation of virtual enterprise.
