Discussion on the Problems and Countermeasures of Design Standardization in China's Construction Industrialization

Abstract:There are many barriers in the development of construction industrialization in China. The main obstacle is the unsound design standards of modular buildings. This paper analyzes the status quo and problems of design standardization in China's construction industrialization,and then draw lessons from the experience of the foreign design standardization of industrial construction. Finally,combined with China's actual situation, puts forward to establish a government-led standardized design system,and the design review mechanism to standardization examination as the core,in order to promote the design standardization and construction industrialization.
