System of New Engineering Construction Standard

Abstract:The system of engineering construction standard has become bottleneck of the development of construction industry in China.The problems of current restriction mode of construction standards are analyzed,including the items of compulsive standards and recommended standards are interweaved;the implementation of compulsive standards and recommended standards is not in perfect harmony;the amount of compulsive standards is too large and the covered range is too wide etc.Through the reference to the situations for the execution of technical standards and codes in various developed countries and regions,the new system of engineering construction standards is systematically proposed based on the comparison between home and abroad.
