Development of adaptive and self-diagnosis controller for the engine electronic cooling pump

Abstract:Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional mechanical engine cooling water pump, it designs an engine electronic cooling pump controller with self-adaptive self-diagnosis function. The paper introduces the basic structure, core circuit and parameter calculation of pump control system. This control system is adaptable to naturally aspirated fuel vehicles, turbocharged fuel vehicles and electric vehicles, can communicate with ECU through Lin bus or CAN bus.
