Abstract:The report introduces ideas of the members of C.A.S and C.A.E at Tsinghua University on how to devetop the ability of creativity.Some major points discussed in the present study include a summary of scientists' opinions and suggestions to the development of originality and their understanding of the relationships between elements of creativity and ways to enhance this ability. The role of higher education, the effect of social environments, and the quality of staff members are also discussed in relation to the focus of this study. Other relevant issues are also put forward for further discussion.
