Practice and thinking on strengthening the fine management of the hospital president’s office under the new normal environment

Abstract:Under the new normal, implementing fine management is the inevitable requirement in hospital connotation construction. In recent years, the president's office of the Affiliated Drum Tower Hospital of Nanjing University Medical School has fully strengthened fine management and innovated the management model. The fine management model based on six essential points including humanization, standardization, normalization, informatization, digitization, specialization, has been built. The service, coordination, and guarantee of the president’s office is made sure to be humanized. The obligation, institution, and process is made normalized. The article handling, meeting dealing, and reception is implemented normally. The notification, examination and approval, and feedback, is addressed. The planning, objective, and evaluation is carried out. The above efforts fully improved the management level and the development of the hospital.
