Abstract:Comprehensive quality of graduate supervisors plays a key role to guarantee the quality of graduate education.In order to improve the quality of graduate education,enhance the comprehensive quality of graduate supervisors,this paper explored the significance to strengthen the graduate supervisors training,described the status quo of graduate supervisors training system in Peking University Health Science Center as an example,and gave some corresponding proposals so that the graduate supervisors training can make better adaptation to the rapid development of graduate education.
