The innovation and practice of “two-way integration” training mode between the postgraduate education of professional degree of clinical medicine and the standardized training system for residency

Abstract:The postgraduate education of professional degree of clinical medicine and the standardized training system forresidency, as the important part of the personnel training of medical and health work in China, both have consistency in terms of training objectives and training processes. How to realize the integration of these two aspects is very meaningful. Nanjing Medical University launched pilot projects and made some explorations in the above-mentioned area. This paper introduces the “two-way integration” training mode of Nanjing Medical University, and puts forward reasonable suggestions.
