Analysis on examination and approval of single-source procurement of instruments and equipment in colleges and universities

Abstract:Three kinds of the single-source procurements including the procurement in case of only one supplier,the unforeseen urgent procurement and the consistent or supporting procurement are analyzed.It is proposed that the management office for procurements should control the approval risk in the single-source procurement application and approval for university instruments and equipment.The key is to do a solid job in experts'examination for the single-source procurement,the internal consultation,the publicity of the single-source procurement,the market inspection,etc.,so as to provide the basis for the university management office for equipment procurement to make an approval decision for single-source procurement.
