Abstract:In order to know the reliability status of home-built Digital Signal Generator, a new method is proposed to study the reliability by Measurement System Analysis. The sample data is gathered together, the measurement model is set up, the statistical characteristics is analyzed according to the concepts of MSA principles, then the reliability stat-us is reported. The demonstration shows that this is a kind of practical and valuable method to study the reliability of home-built device.
