Research on Decision-Making and Coordination of Dual-Channel Closed-Loop Supply Chain Considering Retailer's Fairness Concerns

Abstract:In a dual-channel closed-loop supply chain,retailer's fairness concerns behavior is considered and the influences of some key parameters,such as fairness preference coefficient,competition level between two channels,used product's recycling ratio,on the optimal decision and coordination mechanism are analyzed.The results are shown as follows:Fairness concerns behavior lowers supply chain members' tolerance of competition level between two channels;intensified channel competition weakens fairness concerns' competence to reallocate chain members' profit;it is proved that profit sharing contract can be used to coordinate this supply chain and stronger fairness concern makes retailer lowers profit sharing proportion;the optimal recovery scale is reduced when the retailer has a stronger fairness concern,is enlarged when channel competition is more intensified.
