How Can Experimental Technicians Work in Explorative Experimental Teaching

Abstract:As the explorative experimental teaching reform forward in Experimental Chemistry Center of Zhejiang University,the work of supporting staff on experimental teaching becomes variety and complexity.Through constant learning,the experimental technicians are able to reply the new situation,try to be well acquainted with experimental teaching content and current situation,manage the instrument and equipment properly,and have unique view about the research of teaching improvement.The practice shows that with the growth of explorative experiments students' experiment operation skill is improved notably,and the experimental technicians' general ability such as account of teaching,scientific research and laboratory management,play active roles in exploring and improving the explorative experimental teaching model.
