Abstract:The practice teaching is important about teaching faculties of Engineering, and it's an import ant means of cultiva-ting innovative consciousness and innovative ability of students.In recent years, college graduates are difficult in choosing jobs, to our engineering majors, the school needs to learn from the successful experience of other experimental teaching re-form, and explore the idea of Applied Talents.Combined teaching status and problems, we are proposed to strengthen innova-tive ability of students in experimental teaching methods, build an independent practice teaching system, optimize the experi-mental teaching content, reform practice teaching mode, improve the practice of teaching evaluation system .
