Abstract:The M-health which takes advantage of mobile communication technology, changed the traditional way of life in the past that people only could go to the hospital for treatment. Now whatever inside or outside the hospital, you can obtain the relevant medical services and health information. The aging situation in China is becoming more and more serious and it's significant to apply the M-health technology to the elderly health management field. This paper will use the HTML, JavaScript and Web Service technology to design a set of health management system for the elderly based on mobile terminal. The system will monitor their real-time physical condition, intelligently analyze these physiological data and implement appropriate intervention or reminder. These measures contribute to the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases, improve the quality of life of the elder and realize the wisdom of pension.

Abstract:Interoperability among healthcare information systems is one of the most challenging problems in healthcare domain. In this paper, we propose a structure of Interoperable Medical Information System based on SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) and Web 2.0 under the framework of Regional Health Information Network. Various components are described in detail, including authentication, data access, and services management and so on. Services for medical information getting are registered and published by the system; users then access the system to search and fetch demanded services and value-added applications. All of the heterogeneous and distributed data and applications are converted to independent services according to international standards. As a result of the use of SOA, the system is levels clearly demarcated with good universality and maintainability.

Abstract:Detailed health information has very important value for personal health and hospital diagnosis. In order to help people to take part in the management of personal health data and obtain more valuable health information conreniently,a cross platform personal health management system was designed and implemented. vs2010 was used as the development environment by the web site of the system and the front-end development language was HTML+CSS+JavaScript,the background development language was C#, the database was SQL Server. The Mobile terminal of the system used Eclipse as the development environment and Java programming language. Finally, a personal health management system including website and mobile phone APP was realized. Users can use the system to manage their own and their family's health data,to set permissions and early warns for health data,to get online communication with doctors and help users achieve the goal of keeping healthy.

Abstract:This article introduces the internet-based information management system developed by Peking University Health Science Center. The three applications of the system are first presented, as in ac-tual use at various levels of management. Then the article projects the prospective significance of its use in continuing medical education in three aspects. Firstly, the use of management system may regulate manage-ment procedures of projects related to continuing medical education. Then it may make it possible to render the management process more scientific. Lastly but not the least, it can provide a basis for the making of rules in administrative work. It is hoped that this system may bring inspiration to information management staff and people working in related fields.

Abstract:The telemedicine system is a new medical monitoring model which uses sensor communication technology, computer information technology and modern medical technology. This paper, based on real-time web communication technology HTML5-WebSocket, describes the development of a scalable, real-time, multi-parameter, remote monitoring system. The system consists of sensors, mobile front control side, and a module-based remote monitoring platform. It has a variety of network functions, such as transmission of multiple physiological parameters, search, and export. In addition, the system provides real-time monitoring, data review, waveform check, and real-time doctor-patient communication. Since no additional software needs to be installed at the client, maintenance cost is reduced while the versatility is enhanced.

Abstract:Proceeding from the needs of people, with the convenience and sharedness of the Internet, we convert the past passive health management to a new positive health management. This is how the human-centred e-health system works. With the help of this system, people can get lots of benefits, include doing their own health management autonomously, accessible to get authoritative health information, making online consultation and receiving remote health help, etc. This paper first discussed the importance of e-health to the human health development, then made an investigation of the past experience of design of e-health system and summarized the merits and demerits. Lastly, we proposed the initiative of the human-centred e-health system and carried out its design. The system can be divided into three parts named Health Journals and Questionnaires, Science Knowledge and Health Cases, Health Forum. When introducing the three modules, we confined the initial user of the health system to college students and gave out the each module introductory based on this assumption. This procedure is in accordance with the principle of by a special group of the transition to the general population. In this trial, the effect can be estimated when this system is promoted widely.

Abstract:The prevalence of chronic disease is increasing annually as the development of social economy and rapid changes of residents' lifestyle in China. Meanwhile, the role of community health management in the prevention and control of chronic diseases is increasingly prominent. Therefore, we design and implement a health management expert system for community residents in view of the current situation of community health management. The expert system we proposed can meet the needs of community residents for daily health management and improve the quality and efficiency of community health management services, due to the rich knowledge and experience in the field of health management it has. Finally, we verify the effectiveness of the system by analyzing the actual application effect of the system in the community health center, and predict the development trend of the system.

Abstract:Personal health management system can help people get a lot of valuable health information.In order to design a safe and efficient personal health management system,the paper designs and implements a database by giving full consideration to the actual needs of the users.The paper first analyses the demand of the system database and then devises the structures of concept and gets the entity relation diagram (E-R).Through the conversion of logical structure and according to the requirements of the 3 model to form a data relationship table.At the same time,in the design process,through the sacrifice of a certain storage space of the counter paradigm operation,in exchange for a more rapid query speed.Finally,a personal health information database is designed and implemented.The database can meet the actual development needs of personal health management system,and ensure the system query efficiency.Allowing users to more convenient and efficient use of the system to the management of health data and get more valuable health information.

Abstract:Based on needs of health management, and the earlier period of research work about personalized energy consumption model, this thesis presented the design and analysis of personalized health management service system. The system framework was divided into six layers: the operating system and hardware layer, middleware and database layer, application layer, portal layer and client layer. It can achieve the following functions: customer's information management, health education, health diagnosis, health program development, health programs implementation, health secretarial services, etc. On the basis of the system design, this thesis gave a case of system developed in Zhi Kang International Health Management Company. It has been found that the personalized health management system was not only able to improve the participation's enthusiasm and initiative, but also to play an important role in the entire health management services process.

Abstract:Storage of data and using that data in an effective manner are the major issues in the health management system. Security of health data and the use of this data in a proper way are very important. This project of Health Record Management System is a web application-based project designed for the hospital to manage and use the data of their patients effectively. The main aspect of the project is to provide a system where the data can be stored and retrieved easily. The web application is designed from the scratch without any idea involving the existing systems. The project focuses on developing a simple system where the doctor can upload the data of the patient in the system and can retrieve it when needed. The patient can view the same data from their end. Moreover, the patients can book the appointment with the doctor through the application. The final project consists of a website which attains all the features of a management system. Another focus of the project is to develop a web-based application with application rich UI and UX interfaces which is very accessible even for the new users of the technology. The system is also notable for its great user friendliness.

Abstract:Objective There are problems in current healthcare field,such as the low speed,low efficiency,high error rate by using traditional hand-written way to record the states of patients,and the execution status of doctor's orders cannot be updated in time.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a mobile healthcare nursing information system to improve the nursing process and increase work efficiency.Methods According to clinical needs,based on the Spring MVC,JS and HTML are used to develop the web interface,eclipse is used to develop an Android app,and web service is used to exchange data with HIS.Results This paper designs and implements a system which is applied and summarized clinically on the function of acquiring clinical data from PDA and showing the web pages and different kinds of forms from PC browser,changing the way of nursing from the nurse's work station on desktop to PDA mobile applications on hand.Conclusions Practical clinical application proves that this system improves the healthcare working method and refines the medical care administration,which can be applied to healthcare field,and has extensive applicability and reference value.
