This article discussed how to manage qualification documents of medical instruments, and an information management system that has a function of traceability management has been developed. This information management system standardizes management for qualification documents of medical instruments, and ensures that qualification documents of medical instruments are available and can be traced. Besides, it can reduce the amount of work for medical instruments management.

Abstract:As an important basis for medical equipment resource allocation, cost-beneift analysis obtained more and more attention from government management departments and hospital management. In this paper, the method of informatization technology was used to make the cost-benefit analysis so as to monitor the equipment assets, operating costs and revenue in real time. It also provided decision-making basis for department cost control and master planning for medical equipment, and improved the level of ifne management for medical equipment.

Abstract:To facilitate instrument management at university, we propose an instrument management system in this paper. This new type of equipment management is expected to replace traditional management methods. Although at university the degree of computer information is rather high, the current instrument management methods are very outdated. Even in some universities, related personnel still adopt very primitive method to manage the teaching equipment. However, with experiment science developing and more and more focus on instrument utilization in the teaching process, the amount of teaching instrument grows exponentially, which imposes a new challenge to the traditional methods of teaching instrument. To cope with this problem, we first conduct some research on this problem. Then, based on this research, an online teaching instrument system is implemented, which nearly covers all the needs of the system requirement.

Abstract:Considered with the actualities and demands of the special equipment management,the sorts and classes of the special equipment is firstly introduced and described in this paper.Then the paper develops and constructs the function model of the management information system for the special equipment,and plans and designs the business/data flow of the management system.By using JBuilderX and Oracle9i as developing instrument,methods and technique are presented to realize the dynamic character/function management of the system.The appliance shows that the management system studied in this paper can meet the demand of the special equipment management and improve the safety of the special equipment.

Abstract:Objective Basing on functional requirements of military hospital apartment management and distribution system analyzing,to design an apartment management and distribution system for more accurate and efficient information management of hospital logistics,in order to reduce traditionally experience-based manual management and improve the unbalance between hardware and software development during the informationization process.Methods The system was designed using SQL database as backend system and PowerBuilder data application system as the front-end development tool.Results Using the system,the information of camp location,buildings,apartments and living situation could be tracked,queried,modified and deleted in real-time by the managers.Conclusions By using of the system,the management and allocation of apartments in the military hospital camp are improved effectively,which upgrad the management of hospital camp property.The system is easy to operate and should be used widely.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2011,32(3):38-40,42]

Abstract:Providing the excellent equipment maintenance service for customers is more and more important to manufacturing enterprise. But traditional after-sale maintenance service management has many problems, such as the slow response to maintenance service request and the long waiting time of the customers; the process to deal with the maintenance request is not normative; the mechanism of the initiative maintenance service is lacked. This research focuses on resolving these problems with workflow technology, data mining and enterprise application integration technology; the equipment maintenance management system for customer service is proposed. The function model of the system is analyzed; the five-tier architecture based on J2EE application server is presented, then the algorithm to implement the forecast and warning for the equipment maintenance service, the development and implementation process of the equipment maintenance management system based on the workflow technology, the modeling of the maintenance service workflow, and the information exchange model of the system with other application system and the integration technology and methods are described in detail. Based on these research results, the running application system is developed; a case of providing maintenance service for customer in textile machine industry is studied.

Abstract:The management level of medical equipment is an important index to evaluate the modernization degree of hospitals and it is also the basic element of medical and scientific research work, which plays a key role in the development of medical clinical science. Under the background of the rapid development of modern Internet of Things (IoT) technology, hospitals should be fully aware of the role of Internet of Things technology in hospital medical equipment management. With the increasing demand for refined management of medical equipment in hospitals, the application potential of the Internet of Things technology in medical equipment management has gradually become prominent. The management of medical equipment in a hospital is an important part of the management of the hospital, which is related to the medical level, service quality, and economic benefits of the hospital. In this paper, we have analyzed current problems in the management of medical equipment in hospitals, discussed the application of the Internet of Things technology in the management of medical equipment, and promoted the management of medical equipment to be more intelligent and automated. Experimental results have verified that the proposed scheme could be one of the trustworthy automated systems, preferably technology assisted, for the proper management of the medical equipment particularly in hospitals.

Abstract:OBJECTIVEThis paper adopts advanced information technology to manage medical supplies, in order to improve the medical supplies management level and reduce material cost.METHODSIt develops a Medical Supplies Management System with B/S and C/S mixed structure, optimizing material management process, building large equipment performance evaluation model, providing interface solution with HIS, and realizing real-time information briefing of high value material's consumption.CONCLUSIONThe medical materials are managed during its full life-cycle. The material consumption of the clinical departments is monitored real-timely. Through the closed-loop management with pre-event budget, mid-event control and after-event analysis, it realizes the final purpose of management yielding benefit.

Abstract:To deal with problems in traditional after-sale maintenance service management, the equipment maintenance management system oriented to customer service was presented by using workflow management and data mining technology. The functional model of the system and the architecture based on J2EE application server were analyzed. Algorithm to implement the forecast and warning for the equipment maintenance service, the development and implementation process of the equipment maintenance management system based on workflow technology were described in detail. Modeling of the maintenance service workflow, and the information exchange model of the system with other application systems and the integration technology and methods were described. Finally, a case of providing maintenance service for customer in textile machine industry was provided to illustrate the application prospect of the proposed system.

Abstract:Vascular disease is the major factor in the development of many lesions in diabetics, although the independent role of neuropathy has been increasingly recognized. The major problem in assessment is to decide the severity of ischaemia and neuropathy present in a particular patient. Healing after local surgery can be expected in those lesions which are painless, and peripheral (that is, are situated on the toes or forefoot), especially if the ankle pulses are present. Operation must provide adequate drainage and wound care must be meticulous. The problem of prevention of recurrences remains unsolved, but recurrences can probably be delayed or prevented by a careful follow‐up.

Abstract:This article introduces the internet-based information management system developed by Peking University Health Science Center. The three applications of the system are first presented, as in ac-tual use at various levels of management. Then the article projects the prospective significance of its use in continuing medical education in three aspects. Firstly, the use of management system may regulate manage-ment procedures of projects related to continuing medical education. Then it may make it possible to render the management process more scientific. Lastly but not the least, it can provide a basis for the making of rules in administrative work. It is hoped that this system may bring inspiration to information management staff and people working in related fields.
