Abstract:Medical data is always complex and specific,it hence is critical to choose an appropriate database platform for the performance of Hospital Information System.This paper explores the status of Hospital Information System in China, and proposes a modified Inpatient Management System based on Post-Relational Database Cach.We analyze the system requirements and choose the Object-Oriented method to design database platform.Furthermore,we propose a direct mouse-drag interface method to resolve the issue of inpatient transfer operation.As a result of application of the Post-Relational Database Cach,the Inpatient Management System is proved to be more efficient.

Abstract:Objective Basing on functional requirements of military hospital apartment management and distribution system analyzing,to design an apartment management and distribution system for more accurate and efficient information management of hospital logistics,in order to reduce traditionally experience-based manual management and improve the unbalance between hardware and software development during the informationization process.Methods The system was designed using SQL database as backend system and PowerBuilder data application system as the front-end development tool.Results Using the system,the information of camp location,buildings,apartments and living situation could be tracked,queried,modified and deleted in real-time by the managers.Conclusions By using of the system,the management and allocation of apartments in the military hospital camp are improved effectively,which upgrad the management of hospital camp property.The system is easy to operate and should be used widely.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2011,32(3):38-40,42]

Abstract:Aiming at the faults that the current electrical equipments maintenance and CAA system can not design experiment report or compatible heterogeneous database,this paper gives a software architecture with data abstraction and object oriented style connection with system style,on which an electrical equipments maintenance and CAA system is designed.The system,with FrontPage designing its experimental report, dynamically generates experiment report,builds database table,and adds entity domain object by using technologies of Hibernate,HtmlParser, XML.The system is compatible with heterogeneous database.A key code for system realization is given.

Abstract:Objective: In order to record the whole life process information of medical equipment and improve the management efficiency, this study proposes an informatization scheme for the whole life cycle management of medical equipment. Methods: Relying on cloud-native, based on the software architecture of front-end and back-end separation, a mode of sub-account and sub-authority management of medical equipment was designed to integrate maintenance work orders, operation reports and other functions, and manage medical equipment data in a structured and platform-based manner. Results: Comparing the equipment failure rate, maintenance response time, and average inventory time per device before and after the system operation, the differences are statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions: The system can realize the work collaboration of maintenance engineers, equipment users, and equipment management personnel, and can trace the information of the whole life cycle of the equipment.

Abstract:Objective:To clarify the essence of hospital equipment management and propose the task and development trend of information management need to be accomplished, and solve the bottleneck problem of system design, which is always focused on the process of hospital equipment information management promotion in our country.Methods: Comprehensively analyzed daily work of hospital equipment management, and designed a new "dual core" equipment information system architecture, which was "ex purchasing + post purchasing" dual core architecture.Results: Based on the new architecture, the hospital equipment information system can cover the entire equipment management workflow, and it made information transmission between jobs more efficiently, cooperation more closely, responsibilities more clearly, constraint more effectively.Conclusion:The new system architecture emphasizes the role of "collective labor". It depends on all the members of the equipment department to work together for the goal of achieving dynamic and full life-cycle equipment management.

Abstract:Objective: In order to solve the problems of equipment comprehensive management in grade A hospitals, such as complicated work, low maintenance efficiency, error-prone, non-standard management process, et al. A set of efficient information-based medical management equipment platform was designed to serve the concept of medical departments. Methods: B/S (browser and server) architecture and WeChat official accounts technology were adopted to construct the application end and WeChat official accounts client developed by Web technology, and MySQL server was selected as the system database technology. Results: Asset management, equipment maintenance, quality control management, equipment leasing, data statistical analysis and other modules were integrated into the system, which optimized and standardized the medical equipment management process, improved the work efficiency of equipment management personnel, and improved the opening rate of medical equipment. Conclusions: Intelligent management by means of computer technology can effectively improve the utilization rate of hospital equipment, improve the level of hospital informatization and fine management, and contribute to the informatization development of medical engineering department.

Abstract:Objective To design a medical equipment quality control management software to conquer the low efficiency and uneasy data analysis resulting from the manual operation.Methods ADO database control of C++ Builder and Access database of Microsoft were combined to develop the software for manual input,automatic input,and data analysis printing,and thus the digital management of the measurements was realized.Results Preliminary measurement showed that the software could be used for manual storing,automatic storing,management,printing and analysis of the measurements of medical equipment quality control.Conclusion The software can be used for the enhancement of measurements input efficiency of medical equipment quality control and data management quality as well as the long-term tracing analysis of the equipment stability,and thus has a brilliant prospect for popularizing.

Abstract:Objective: Strengthen the legal, compliant, and rational use of medical equipment and further guide the rationalization of medical behaviors. Methods: By utilizing the Internet of Things (IoT) and image analysis technology, collect real-time operation data of the equipment, establish a real-time running database for medical equipment, and cooperate with the 12 key links of the "whole life" of the equipment and the 8+6 management system framework to implement lean management of the efficiency, benefit, and effectiveness of medical equipment usage. Results: It realizes the improvement of the quality and efficiency of medical equipment, cost reduction and cost control, and provides data support for scientific decision-making. Abstract:The management level of medical equipment is an important index to evaluate the modernization degree of hospitals and it is also the basic element of medical and scientific research work, which plays a key role in the development of medical clinical science. Under the background of the rapid development of modern Internet of Things (IoT) technology, hospitals should be fully aware of the role of Internet of Things technology in hospital medical equipment management. With the increasing demand for refined management of medical equipment in hospitals, the application potential of the Internet of Things technology in medical equipment management has gradually become prominent. The management of medical equipment in a hospital is an important part of the management of the hospital, which is related to the medical level, service quality, and economic benefits of the hospital. In this paper, we have analyzed current problems in the management of medical equipment in hospitals, discussed the application of the Internet of Things technology in the management of medical equipment, and promoted the management of medical equipment to be more intelligent and automated. Experimental results have verified that the proposed scheme could be one of the trustworthy automated systems, preferably technology assisted, for the proper management of the medical equipment particularly in hospitals.

Abstract:With the expansion of the scale of our hospital robot laboratory, equipment use, reserves are increasing, manual management equipment information has been unable to adapt to daily management, such as data record error rate increased, the number of experiments increased, equipment loss and maintenance is not clearly defined. In order to ensure the safety and accuracy of the equipment, a system of equipment management systems was developed as a result of the conversion to the use of management systems for the recording and storage of information. The design of this system is a perfect robot laboratory equipment management system based on the development of web framework technology for equipment management functions. The back end of this system uses the Java language, the SSM framework as the main body, the database is built by MySQL relational database, the front-end page uses JSP, Bootstrap, jQuery and other technologies, and uses Eclipse project construction tools for system development. After a period of trial operation, the level of laboratory equipment management has been significantly improved.

Abstract:Objective:To understand the rationality of the utilization of large medical equipments in hospitals and to identify the influencing factors.Methods:Data was collected from the discharged patients' records in 2009 from different levels of hospitals in different provinces.Experts reviewed the records and filled in the questionnaires.Results: The level of hospital played a great role in the disease mix.The differences in the rationality of CT,MRI,DSA utilization between hospital levels and among provinces were statistically significant.Conclusion: Rate of reasonable utilization of CT,MRI and DSA was higher in tertiary hospitals than that in secondary hospitals.Service capacity building should be strengthened in secondary hospitals.Government Department of health should also increase monitoring for the optimized rationality of the utilization of equipments.

Abstract:To deal with problems in traditional after-sale maintenance service management, the equipment maintenance management system oriented to customer service was presented by using workflow management and data mining technology. The functional model of the system and the architecture based on J2EE application server were analyzed. Algorithm to implement the forecast and warning for the equipment maintenance service, the development and implementation process of the equipment maintenance management system based on workflow technology were described in detail. Modeling of the maintenance service workflow, and the information exchange model of the system with other application systems and the integration technology and methods were described. Finally, a case of providing maintenance service for customer in textile machine industry was provided to illustrate the application prospect of the proposed system.

Abstract:The continuous progress in modern medicine is not only the level of medical technology, but also various high-tech medical auxiliary equipment. With the rapid development of hospital information construction, medical equipment plays a very important role in the diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis observation of the disease. However, the continuous growth of the types and quantity of medical equipment has caused considerable difficulties in the management of hospital equipment. In order to improve the efficiency of medical equipment management in hospital, based on cloud computing and the Internet of Things, this paper develops a comprehensive management system of medical equipment and uses the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm and chicken swarm algorithm to help the system reasonably achieve dynamic task scheduling. The purpose of this paper is to develop a comprehensive intelligent management system to master the procurement, maintenance, and use of all medical equipment in the hospital, so as to maximize the scientific management of medical equipment in the hospital. Scientific Management. It is very necessary to develop a preventive maintenance plan for medical equipment. From the experimental data, it can be seen that when the system simultaneously accesses 100 simulated users online, the corresponding time for submitting the equipment maintenance application form is 1228 ms, and the accuracy rate is 99.8%. When there are 1000 simulated online users, the corresponding time for submitting the equipment maintenance application form is 5123 ms, and the correct rate is 99.4%. On the whole, the medical equipment management information system has excellent performance in stress testing. It not only predicts the initial performance requirements, but also provides a large amount of data support for equipment management and maintenance.
