Abstract:Proceeding from the needs of people, with the convenience and sharedness of the Internet, we convert the past passive health management to a new positive health management. This is how the human-centred e-health system works. With the help of this system, people can get lots of benefits, include doing their own health management autonomously, accessible to get authoritative health information, making online consultation and receiving remote health help, etc. This paper first discussed the importance of e-health to the human health development, then made an investigation of the past experience of design of e-health system and summarized the merits and demerits. Lastly, we proposed the initiative of the human-centred e-health system and carried out its design. The system can be divided into three parts named Health Journals and Questionnaires, Science Knowledge and Health Cases, Health Forum. When introducing the three modules, we confined the initial user of the health system to college students and gave out the each module introductory based on this assumption. This procedure is in accordance with the principle of by a special group of the transition to the general population. In this trial, the effect can be estimated when this system is promoted widely.
