Abstract:Objective Basing on functional requirements of military hospital apartment management and distribution system analyzing,to design an apartment management and distribution system for more accurate and efficient information management of hospital logistics,in order to reduce traditionally experience-based manual management and improve the unbalance between hardware and software development during the informationization process.Methods The system was designed using SQL database as backend system and PowerBuilder data application system as the front-end development tool.Results Using the system,the information of camp location,buildings,apartments and living situation could be tracked,queried,modified and deleted in real-time by the managers.Conclusions By using of the system,the management and allocation of apartments in the military hospital camp are improved effectively,which upgrad the management of hospital camp property.The system is easy to operate and should be used widely.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2011,32(3):38-40,42]

Abstract:Outsourcing hospital logistic service is an inevitable result of the deepening of hospital reform, and it plays an important role in optimizing the structure of human resource in hospital and reducing the cost of logistics service. There was no uniform mode for the reform of outsourcing hospital logistic service in hospital. After nearly ten years' exploration and practice of outsourcing of hospital logistic services, Peking University People's Hospital has formed a scientific, delicate and intensive mode of logistics outsourcing. The mode has optimized hospital's human resource structure, reduced service costs, improved the work performance and promoted the development of hospital.

Abstract:With the deepening of hospital logistics socialization reform, how to ensure that the outsourcing of logistics services can meet the high standards of hospitals has become an important management issues. Abstract:Aiming at analyzing the personnel status of equipment management department in hospital, identifying the existing problems and proposing solutions, through analyzing personnel status of equipment management department in the current domestic hospital, and combining with the actual situation of the hospital, we put forward reform proposals. The results show that the hospital does not pay much attention to the sector development of equipment management, the discipline construction, the staffing, and the continuing education. The paper draws the conclusion that hospitals need to fully understand the importance of device management, personnel access system improving, the management of continuing education; at the same time, hospitals make use of hospital culture to propel the development of device management to make it better serve for clinical work.

Abstract:There is a cross-section survey on human resource of logistic departments in hospitals in A city in 2012. Findings: the number of employee working in logistic department is 5.56% of hospital staff, 63% establishment and 11.5% contract workers. The mean of age is 48 years old. There are more than 50 kinds of subjects and 60% logistic staff’s education background is high school. The management team of logistic departments is combined by multi-disciplines. It shows that scare, lower quality and older are three keys potential threaten for quality of logistic working in hospitals.

Abstract:This study aims to examine the effect of private hospital logistics factors on treatment satisfaction and specialist patient satisfaction. This study has five construction dimensions of hospital logistics, namely physical accessibility, waiting time, consultation time, hospital hotel services, and administrative procedures. Quantitative explanatory studies with 297 sample size were carried out to achieve the research objectives by examining the relationship between the independent and dependent variables through online data collection questionnaires, tabulations and hypothesis analysis with SEM PLS analysis tools. This study shows significant results for all hypotheses which imply the importance of optimizing hospital logistics performance, especially in terms of the five constructs in improving service quality and patient satisfaction. Optimizing hospital logistics elements in private hospital specialist patient care is a challenge that is not easy because it requires strategic planning and proper resource management. The role of various parties, especially hospital managers and Indonesian health system policy makers, in paying attention to the operational flow of hospital logistics, especially private hospitals, in order to strengthen the private hospital service system in providing health services while running the hospital business.

Abstract:Objective:To explore the personnel structure of the central sterile supply department at present, so as to perfect the staffing and organizational structure, conduct professional training, and promote the further optimization of human resources. Methods: The data were collected in 164 hospitals based on the published reports, which came from the participants of national training bases of Chinese Nursing Association and 40 hospitals of Sichuan province. The current situation and problems of human structure were analyzed and discussed. Results: The national central sterile supply department's average allocation proportion was 1.77: 100, which is under of the requirement of Ministry of Health. The average age of staff decreased, while the education level of management personnel increased. Conclusion: When establishing professional centralized management model of sterile supply in hospital, the problem of insufficient staff needs to be adjusted and paid attention. In order to meet the needs of the development of profession, it is suggested to improve professional training.
